Part 30 - The Hates

So now they’re preparing for the concert. Niall is the one who’s ready first so he opens up his laptop to logs on to his twitter account. While Elena’s sitting beside him.

“Aye Elena how’s your twitter account?”

Just when he’s about to log in, he asked that to Elena.

“Um.. I don’t know.” She said.

“Okay, let’s log on to your twitter account.”

He gives the laptop and puts it on Elena’s lap. Let Elena logs on to her twitter account by herself. So she types down her username ‘ElenaChandler’ and the password as well. Then she taps ‘Enter’.

So her twitter account is opened.

“Elena you got hundred thousands of followers already!” Niall’s surprised.

“You’re right!” So is Elena.

“Okay, now you can tweet anything. There, if you click ‘Mentions’ you’ll know what people say about you. You can reply, or if you don’t know what to reply, click that sign of retweet.”

“I get it.”

“Okay. That’s good.” Niall lets Elena creeping around her twitter account. While he takes out his cell phone.

So first, she tweets something.

‘Hello, everyone! My name is Elena! :D’

Her timeline is very silent because she only followed Niall, Harry, Liam, Zayn, Louis, and 1D crews, and they’re not even on twitter now. Then she clicks the ‘Mentions’ link. So many people are talking to and about her. One of the tweets say,

‘Heey! @ElenaChandler how are you? Xx’

She clicks the reply button and tweets, ‘I’m fine :D how about you?’

Then she scrolls down, 20 interactions are already waiting. There’s a tweet from someone says,

‘@ElenaChandler I want to be you, Elena! How is it to be part of One Direction? X’

She clicks reply again, ‘It’s fun! Haha :D’

So there are 40 interactions are in the line already, she clicks the link. Then she scrolls up and see,

‘@ElenaChandler don’t think you can get the attention!’

‘@ElenaChandler what are you doing on twitter, bitch?’

‘@ElenaChandler get away from my boys!’

‘@ElenaChandler I get no respect for you, slut.’

Elena gets really shocked and sad inside. She can’t believe suddenly people saying bad things to her on twitter. Is it because she’s One Direction foster sister? She keeps reading the tweets even though it just makes her more sad. Everyone hates her here on twitter. Only some people tweet nice things to her. What happened? What has she done? She covers her mouth with her hand, hold on her tears. Her breath is uncontrolled while she keeps holding in the tears so they don’t come out. She doesn’t want people around see her crying inside. She’s trying to hold on the tears so bad.

“Elena?” Niall notices her.

She can’t hold it anymore and gives back the laptop to Niall.

“Elena, what happened?” He asked her worriedly, while she suddenly runs away to somewhere, holding her tears.

Everyone in the dressing room turns at Niall, confused.

“Niall, what happened?” Harry asked first.
