Les' POV

I am here inside the building of the well known contractor Ignacio Buencamino trying my luck to get his partnership.  Everyone knows that having him as my business partner will strengthen more the credibility of LES Construction.  And I know dad would be so proud of me if I can do this.

Not everyone has the luck to meet Ignacio Buencamino in person.  He is so hard to reach.  Always busy and he scrutinize the people that he meets very well.  Maybe because he knows that everyone wanted to be a part of his powerful company.

I know I am good in everything I do.  I helped my dad to make our business well known in our world.  I don't make mistakes and if I did, I made sure that I can make it right.  I am good at that.  I just want dad to be happy and to be proud of me.  He already had a failure son, and I am not going to be like my brother that wasted his life for his worthless rock band.

I am the good son.  I did whatever my dad wanted.  I was the one who stayed for our family.  I made sacrifices for my parents and for my sister.  I sacrificed my own happines just to follow my dad's wants.  He wanted to have someone who will follow his footsteps, and I did it even if I wanted something for myself.  He wanted an engineer, then I am a good Civil Engineer.  I topped my board exams.  I never failed him not unlike his favorite son.

So eversince dad let me take over the company, I made sure that everything will be okay.  All transactions will be perfect.  But just like any other business, there are times that you can't handle the situation and you need to do something beyond your powers.  Dad made some business deals with wrong people and our company is on the verge of bankruptcy.  Some of our financers and some business partners backed out and we have several on going buildings that are being built.  And because of the bad situation of our company, dad had a heart attack which added to my problems.

And I tried my luck partnering with Ignacio Buencamino.  And as always, luck is on my side, I had a meeting with him.

Ilang linggo na rin akong pabalik - balik dito.  Nauubos na rin ang pasensiya ko kakaintay na maisingit niya ako sa schedule niya.

Agad na nakangiti sa akin ang sekretarya ni Ignacio Buencamino.  I know she is flirting with me.  Sa dalas kong pabalik - balik dito, kilala na niya ako.  She is pretty.  Tall, medium built.  Long hair.  I know she likes me and I can use her para malaman ko pa ang tungkol sa boss niya.

"Good morning gorgeous," nakangiti kong bati sa kanya.

Napakagat - labi si Gina at parang napapahiya pang yumuko tapos ay iniipit ang buhok sa tenga.

"Good morning Sir Lester," sabi niya sa akin. 

"Your boss is there?" Tanong ko sa kanya.  I moved a little bit closer to her at parang lalo siyang nataranta.  Gusto kong matawa.  Well I guess, I can still use my charm.

"Yes sir.  Kanina ka pa hinihintay," sabi niya.

"Good mood?" Tanong ko pa.

Tumango siya.

"Well I guess, today is my lucky day.  See you later," at marahan ko pang hinawakan ang baba niya.

Hindi ko mapigil ang hindi mapangiti habang papasok sa loob ng office ni Ignacio Buencamino.  Alam kong kinikilig na ang babaeng kausap ko.  I can flirt with her all the time if she can help me with her boss.

I found Ignacio Buencamino sitting on the sofa with lots of papers, folders, some blueprints in front of him.  I know those.  Those are the projects that I will be discussing with him.

"Good morning Mr. Buencamino," bati ko sa kanya.

Ngumiti agad siya sa akin at sinalubong ako tapos ay kinamayan ako.
