Chapter 1

A/N: hello everyone welcome to my first Ruby Rose story! I hope you all enjoy it and it's not to cringe worthy😓. The first few chapters may be short and it may not all flow easily but stick with me and I promise it'll get better. Feel free to comment as I love seeing comments and interactions in stories on here nothing negative though please also any references to things in real life that I mention are for the story only and do not belong to me. Things also won't be in the original order and which they would be in real life.

Seiya POV:

I follow my two best friends Taiki and Yaten  as we head towards a cafe. "Why do we have to go get coffee when we have it at home anyway?" I asked with my hands behind my head leisurely as I walked down the street with them. "Because I've been really craving one that isn't homemade." Yaten replies with a bored tone and flips her silver hair. "Whatever geesh " I say in an annoyed tone . I would rather be home writing songs or something. "Just stop complaining seiya, there's no point." Taiki says besides me. I sighed in frustration, what a bother.

We finally arrived at the cafe the name on the front of it said Starbucks on it.  We entered and started towards the counter. "Hurry and get your stupid coffee so we can go home." I tell Yaten impatiently.

"Shut up seiya before I shut you up." She replied with attitude.

"I'd like to see you try shrimp" I smirked at Yaten ,calling her challenge.

"Guys knock it off" Taiki says with a twitch of her eyebrows in annoyance. Yaten rolls her eyes and walked up to the counter to order, while she was ordering, I looked around the cafe admiring it. Looks different then the ones in Tokyo. As my eyes scan the place I could feel somebody eyes on me. I looked in the direction I feel them coming from and notice a beautiful woman staring at me.

She had dark brown hair, styled in a boyish haircut,beautiful blue-green eyes with beautiful plump pink lips. She had on black denim jeans, white T-shirt , with a black leather jacket and black boots. I could see the hint of tattoos on her hand. Wow she's beautiful. Wait what? Why I say that?  She met my eyes and smirked at me. I blink as a blush spreads across my face and look away. That's embarrassing.

"Seiya quit daydreaming and come on!" Yaten yells at me annoyed.

I roll my eyes and follow them over to a table by a window. "I thought we was leaving? What the heck!?" I say irritated.

"I got a croissant and a donut for you and Taiki so just sit down and eat already." Yaten says grabbing her coffee. I sighed in resignation and sit down and start eating. While I was eating ,a waitress came over and set a cupcake by me. I looked at her in confusion.

"Um I didn't order this." The waitress smiled and said

"It's from the girl over there." The waitress said pointing across the cafe. I followed where she was pointing and meant the eyes of the girl from earlier. She was looking at me and gave me a wink with a smile. I raised my eyebrow and gave her a slight smile then turned back to the waitress.

"Tell her I said thanks" I said and winked at the waitress.  The waitress blushed and stuttered a reply and walked away. Taiki and Yaten looked at me like I was crazy.

"What the hell was that about seiya?!" Yaten yelled at me looking pissed while Taiki raised her eyebrow at me.

"First of all stop yelling Yaten and what was what about?" I said looking at them with my arms cross in ignorance.

"Don't play like you don't know seiya." Taiki said getting annoyed. I rolled my eyes and sighed

"I don't see what the big deal is? Someone bought me a cupcake. So what?"

"So we just take stuff from strangers now?!" Yaten replied back.

"So what if I do Yaten! I'm grown ok! I can if I want to so butt out!!" I say starting to loose my temper.

"Both of you lower your voices right now " Taiki said, her eyes roaming around noticing we was attracting attention.
Yaten and I glared at each other for a few minutes before Yaten gave up first. "Fine do whatever you want seiya. Get food poisoning for all I care." She said resuming drinking her coffee and I smirked at her "Well if I do at least I got a free cupcake out of it." I reply winking. Yaten snorted and rolled her eyes. I laughed and went to pick up the cupcake off the napkin and when I did I noticed something was written on it:

Call me sometime beautiful-R

Then there was number under it. I blushed and looked to see if Yaten and Taiki was looking and slipped the napkin in my pocket and smiled to myself taking a bite out the cupcake. Maybe moving here to LA wouldn't be so bad after all.

RUBY POV:

I was sitting there in the Starbucks cafe drinking a passion fruit tea like I did everyday. What ? I like it so sue me. I was sitting there looking out the window thinking about what I had to do today. I had a photo shoot and an interview on the Ellen show. I sigh thinking about this, knowing I wouldn't be home until late today and wondering if I should order a tea on the go when three beautiful girls walked in. Well girls is the wrong word to use here, these were women.

All three had a distinctive look about them. The first one was tall like a model with brunette hair,and her eyes was a violet color. Hmm wonder if those are contacts?
The second girl was shorter than the other two ,with silver hair and eyes that were bright emerald green. The last girl was a raven head,with blue eyes. She was about average height between the tall brunette and the short silver head girl. All three had long hair that fell near their butt in low ponytails. They were all very attractive, but if I had to choose between the three ,I would say the silver head and the raven head looked the most attractive to me.

As I watched them the raven haired beauty yelled at the shorter one to hurry up. The shorter girl seemed to get upset and started making threats. Which the other girl just smirked. I chuckled to myself watching them in amusement, until the tallest broke it up. I watched  as the raven haired girl looked around the cafe. I think she sensed me looking at her because she looked my way. It looked like she was checking me out. When I meant her eyes I gave her a smirk. She blushed and looked away embarrassed. I laughed to my self ,she certainly was beautiful now that I got a better look at her. I watched as her and her friends sat at a table and started eating. I grabbed the napkin next to me and wrote something on it. I then got the attention of one of the waitresses.

"Can you do me a favor and deliver this to the girl over there with dark hair and put a cupcake over it" I instructed giving her money for the cupcake and a tip. She smiled and does as I asked. I watched as she delivered it and I snickered as the girl looks at the waitress confused. The waitress points at me and the pretty raven looked at me and I smiled and winked at her. She raised an eyebrow and smiled.
She looked back to the waitress and said something and winked. Wow that's hot. The waitress walked back over to me her cheeks red.

"She told me to tell you thanks." she said and she winked at me. I laughed and blushed a little from the comment and thanked the waitress. I looked at my watch and noticed that it was time for me to go. I got money out of my pocket and set it on the table before I stood up heading for the door, I saw the raven haired woman reading the note on the napkin smiling to herself; I smiled too as I walked out heading to the photo shoot. I hope she does call.....
