Love like no other

Chapter 49

SEIYA POV:

It's been going on nine months and we Ruby and I are still happy,no fights or arguments. I've been to her movie premiere of Pitch Perfect 3 and I even watched The other two so I wouldn't be lost. Ruby was absolutely amazing in the movie. Whenever they showed her I was all eyes and ears, especially when she sang. Her voice was amazing I could listen to her sing all day. And the dress she wore was beautiful and made her look elegant like a queen.

We've been on many dates and had many interesting.......Uh pleasurable experiences if you know what I mean. One of the most important and memorable things that happened recently is I finally got introduced to one of Ruby's closest Friends. Her name was Milly and I think she was Australian too. She had come and visited Ruby. She was a really person too. It seems Ruby is good at picking people with interesting personalities.

Flashback:

I was at Ruby's house just hanging out watching Netflix with her ,when there was a knock on the door. I looked at Ruby.

"Should I hide or something?" I asked her worried. She looked at me confused.

"No just wait here." She said and got up and went to the door. It was quiet for a minute,then I heard squealing and laughing. I was curious as to who it was but she told me to stay here. Maybe I should leave? It's not like anyone knows we are dating. I heard Ruby and what sounded like a woman's voice getting closer ,making me a little nervous. They stepped into the living room talking and I got to get a good look at the women talking to Ruby with her arm intwined with Ruby's. She had blonde curly hair and hazel eyes and an accent that sounded similar to Ruby's. She was also very beautiful and from what I could tell, they know each other very well. The women stopped and looked at me curiously.

"Hello. Who are you?" She asked.

I rubbed my hands on my jeans nervously before standing and holding my hand out smiling friendly. "Hey my name is Seiya. Nice to meet you." I said shaking her hand.

"Milly. Nice to meet you too. Are you a friend of Ruby?" She asked curiously. My eyes shifted to Ruby to see if she wanted to say something, but she was quiet, biting her lips. I looked back at Milly and smiled.

"Yeah I am." I said with a slight smile,which only made Milly look confused. Ruby cleared her throat.

"Actually." She said and stepped by my side and intwined my hand with hers. "She's my girlfriend." I looked at Ruby' wide eyed,surprised by the confession. Milly looked between both of us, then her eyes strayed to me and smiled.

"So your the one I've heard so much about."

"W-what?" I said confused. Milly laughed as she rolled her eyes and threw her arms over Ruby's shoulder.

"Ruby told me she met someone,but she wouldn't tell me a name. I guess I know who now." She explained smirking at Ruby who blushed and chuckled awkwardly.

After that we spent some time talking and I found out that Milly is actually one of Ruby's best friends. When Ruby went to use the restroom it was quiet between us for a few minutes.

I should probably warn you...."
I heard Milly day and looked at her curiously. "We are all pretty protective of Ruby and if you hurt her anyway; you would have to deal with all of us." She warned staring at me seriously. I blinked shocked by her statement but then smiled.

"Trust me I would never hurt her. I would rather hurt my self than hurt her." I confessed to her ,letting my raw feelings show for a second. I watched as Milly expression changed from a warning/protective look to one of surprise and shock. I knew she felt the honesty in my words, because I wanted her to feel them even if she wasn't aware that I intentionally projected them to her with my words.

She shifted more towards me,studying me in a intense way.

"Are......are you in love with her?" She asked with a hint of shock in her voice . I looked at her biting my lip debating if I should lie or tell the truth. To be honest I didn't know how long I was gonna last keeping my feelings to myself. Yaten was always better at hiding her feelings than me. Which is why I've learned to master the blank face from her.

"You can tell me ,who would I tell anyway." Milly said with a smile. I nodded and took a deep breath.

"I am actually ,more than I ever loved anyone it feels like, but please don't tell her this." She looked at me.

"Do you plan to tell her?" I looked down at my hands ,folding and unfolding them together.

"I don't know." I said quitely.

I heard Milly sigh. "Well I won't say anything only because it should come from you. You seem like a good person from just speaking to you. You seem like the perfect match for Ruby. She deserves all the love and happiness in the world,and if you can give that to her then I ship you guys all the way." She said to me smiling.
I looked at her feeling the sincerity in her voice. "Thanks." I say gratefully.

"No problem,but don't take to long to tell her though. Life is to short to hold something like that in." She winked smiling and we both laughed as Ruby came back in. She looked at us confused and surprised. She came and sat by me and put her arm around me and took my hand with her other intwining them.

"Have I missed something?" Ruby asked looking between us. Milly had watched the whole thing and clapped excitedly.

"God you guys are so cute together. I was just telling your girlfriend that I totally ship you two. You're #goals for me." Milly remarked. Ruby blushed and I laughed at the comment ,laying my head on her shoulder.

End flashback

I thought about that as I strummed my guitar,playing the song that I was writing with Ruby in mind. I was considering adding it to our next album. You know like a secret message of my love, but it wouldn't have any lyrics. Just straight instrument and emotion, like Edwards song for Bella. Don't judge me I found that romantic and as a musician I thought that would be perfect to express my feelings and to let the world know who my heart belongs to.Or maybe I'll play it for her one day. I jolted out of my thoughts as I heard my phone ring.

"Hello?" I picked up without looking still strumming my guitar.

"Seiya!" I heard that familiar high pitched voice calling frantically over the phone , with what sounded like screaming and explosions in the back ground.

I stoped playing immediately and sat up alert and panicking.

"Serena? What is it?! What's going on?!" I asked frantically. There was a loud explosion and I heard Serena grunt.

"We need your help! There's a new enemy! Please hurry!" Then the phone disconnected.

"Serena!? Hello?!" I say screaming into the phone.

"Shit!" I say sitting my guitar on the couch and ran out my room to get Yaten and Taiki.
