RUBY POV:

We had finally come out of the woods and come to the car. I helped her load the things in the car and got in the passenger seat. On the inside of the car was a little cold, plus our wet clothes, even if they were air dry now; made it colder. I started shivering "Cold?" Seiya asked looking at me concerned.

"A-A little." I mumbled.

"Here." She reached in the back and pulled out a blue jacket and handed it to me.

"Thanks." I say smiling gratefully and pulling on the jacket. I wrapped it around me tightly trying to bring my body heat back up. I could smell the same scent that was in her hair earlier. I couldn't help but just enjoy smell, it calms me for some reason. Seiya then turned on the heater.

"You not cold?" I asked her while she just fluffed her hair. She looked at me and laughed.

"No not really."

"Lucky you." I say mumbling and rolling my eyes. She looked at me again and laughed. During the drive she plugged up her phone and played music. Some she hummed to, which I found amusing.

She eventually asked me about my pass relationships were like. I told her as much as I could without going to into detail. It's not that I had anything to hide, I just didn't care to talk about it much. I mention about he few attempted engagements that I've had that all failed . She looked at me after I mentioned that shook her head and sighed.

"Sometimes Love sucks." She mumbles. I look at her and smirked.

"No shit!" We burst out laughing thinking of our dumb luck with love.

"Well at least we were able to let them go graciously." She says with a small laugh. I shrug.

"Yeah I guess so." I never really thought about it really.

"Maybe one day we will find someone for the both of us." Seiya said in a serious tone. I looked up at her to see the sadness in her eyes again and biting her lip. I hesitated torn. I wanted to comfort her and tell her that the Serena was stupid and not worth it; and that she was good enough. But those didn't feel like the right thing to say, so instead I reached over put my hand on her thigh. She looked over at me shocked and I gave her a wide smile, letting her know it'll be ok. She smiled and removed her hand from the steering wheel to give my hand a slight squeeze; causing my heart flutter.
