Chapter 8

SEIYA POV:

For the pass week me and my friends have been busy with our manager. He was arranging for us to do some song recordings and collaborations with other singers. One was even a duet with me and somebody named Future. Whoever that is? I sighed looking at the schedule for the stuff we had to do for this week that was emailed to me. the only time i wasn't busy is when I would be going to bed and eating and it's only tuesday. As I'm still going over the schedule I get a text from Ruby.

It's a picture of her in Milan Standing in front of a cool building that look like a castle. She was wearing a white T-shirt that say #yolo on it with some black tights and black shades. I looked at the picture and smiled. she looked cute. I texted back saying cute pic with a heart then went back to looking at the schedule. I was in our music room that I requested to be built in the basement. I had got the lyrics to my new song down , now i needed the music part. I grabbed my guitar and was tuning it ,when my phone rang. I looked at the caller ID. Ruby. I chuckled and answered putting it on speaker phone.

"Hey what's up?" I asked her strumming a tune on my guitar.

"Nothing I'm just on break so I thought I would call for a few minutes." she replied.

"Oh ok cool..." I said distractedly. I almost had the tune down for the song.

"Are you busy? you sound distracted"

"No not really.... well kinda yeah" i said chuckling. "I'm working on a song."

"ooohhh can I hear it?!" She exclaimed through the phone. I laughed at how excited she sounded.

"It's not complete yet."

"So? Let me hear what you have so far." I could hear a smile in her voice over the phone. I sigh

"Anata wa Urusai." I tell her in a fake irritated tone.

"Um was that something sexy?" Ruby asked giggling and I smirked

"No absolutely not. I said you're annoying." I laughed .

"Hey!" she says that sexy accent of hers.

"Just kidding with you. But I can't let you hear the song now. I don't let anyone hear songs until they done."

"Awww I wanna hear it" she whined in a child voice.

"Sorry." I apologized laughing.

"It's ok ,oh I'll be back by sunday so we can do something when I get back.

"Yeah I have an Idea what I want us to do." I respond.

"Oh really? What?"

"Can't tell you, just know that this will count as a date and no you cant pay for it." I smile widely. I could tell she was one of those generous people that likes to help and care for others. I already know what I was gonna do so she didn't have to pay for a thing. I was just waiting for her to get back.

"Well someone's secrective today." she says laughing but continues. "I don't get why it's a problem if I pay, its just how I am." Ruby said to me. I smiled to myself. she was so sweet but I couldn't let her keep paying for everything. I wanted to pay for some things too, call it pride but That's how I am.

"I understand but it just doesn't feel right to let you pay for everything. I have my own money to spend too. That's why I came up with a compromise. You pay one time and I pay the next ect ect." I say laughing.

"Who said I would agree though?" Ruby challenges laughing.

"I did." I say giggling at her.

"Oh bite me Seiya." she chuckles

"OK where at baby?" I teased.

"What was that?" she asked

"What was what?" I asked feigning innocence.

We did this for a while back and forth for another ten minutes, until she had to get off the phone to freshen up for the next park of her shoot. I told her ok and I'd talk to her later then hung up. It's always fun talking to her. I shake my head laughing, and got back to my song.

RUBY POV:

After getting off the phone with Seiya, I headed to to my hotel room to freshen up before my next photoshoot. On the way there I smiled to myself thinking of the conversation with her. I know she only called me Baby just to tease me, but it was still hot. Hearing her say that put all kinds of fantasies in my head , and not any of them innocent. I bit my lips and shook my head. I shouldn't be thinking about that. I mean we not even dating and I'M not even sure if she want's to. Yeah she flirts with me, but she admitted to being a flirt, so does that count? i have no idea I wish I Knew how she felt about me. she's so hard to read sometimes. I guess that's part of the reason I like her so much. I'll find out how she feels, about me sooner or later there's no reason to rush. I say to my self as I step in my room and head for the shower.

This chapter is just a little filler and so will the next chapter but it'll be all in Ruby's POV since she got very little in this one.
