"If you look to your left, you'll see all the fine guys." Bell pointed at a group of guys that I might as well say were handsome.

Bell was showing me the ropes of the campus since she has been here for three years now.

It was very similar to a high school campus.

Students sat on the grass, eating they're lunch by the main fountain like the opening scene in Happy Death Day. The sprinklers came on and their lunch were ruined. One of the girls got splashed in the face, and her makeup started to melt away. She now appeared as a clown.

Bell and I snickered. Poor girl.

I'm assuming friends were hugging each other for the beginning of a new year. Teachers making their way to class and bike riders trying not to get hit by a car.

Athletes were throwing a football back and forth and whistled at every girl that came in contact with them, only for a middle finger in return. A couple was leaning against a tree, pretty much 'hunching". Two men were jogging around shirtless, practically catching every girl's attention until they stopped for a moment to catch a breath and kissed. The girls' mouth dropped.

Haha, they thought.

Other students were trying to find a good parking spot and get settled in.

Then there were booths handing out the school's banners and merchandise. They were filled with the face of Shasta, the school's mascot, while being on shirts, hoodies, and masks. Sororities welcomed the students, handing them flyers, so they would want to join.

"How's it looking so far?" Bell asked for my opinion of the campus.

"Hell, It seems like my style."

"That's good. How about I show you your classes?" I nodded and handed her my schedule. "Looks like you'll mostly be in the art department. Let's be on the way my dear friend."

As we started to head towards the art building, I heard my name being called out.

"Adonis!"

I looked back to see the student aid who had helped me earlier, Nathan.

He stood at an sorority booth, surrounded by who I am assuming were his sorority brothers. He left the crowd to run towards me. His golden locs was free of his man bun while he spotted a tight, white woman beater with ripped blue jeans. I could see his well wounded pects jump in slow motion as he ran.

Bounce. Bounce. Bou-

"Adonis, close your mouth sweetie." But instead Bell closed it for me voluntarily.

"Hey, Adonis." He smiled. "And Adonis' friend." He smiled and waved at Bell, catching his breath.

We waved back.

Nathan scratched his neck nervously with a slight blush creeping up on his skin. His eyes held anticipation. "So Adonis, at the beginning of every school year, we have a annual costume party. I was wondering if you were going?"

Bell and I exchanged looks. Before I could even say a word, she beat me to it.

"Of course we are! Why?" She quirked an eyebrow up at Nathan.

Nathan placed his hands in his pockets and shifted back and forth on the soles of his feet. "I was wondering if you could save me a dance. Maybe get to know each other." He now looked at me, waiting for my answer.

I thought about it for a good few minutes. This is the second time I've seen him today. Hell, it was a bit fast, but it couldn't hurt giving the guy an little innocent dance.

"Sure, why not?" I smiled. He return it and I could see his brothers high five each other behind him, who were totally eavesdropping our conversation.

"Alright then. The party is this Friday at the AKA sorority house." His dimples perked out as he placed a loose strand of hair behind his ear. He started to walked backwards. "See you there, beautiful."

I was in my own little world,  forgetting Bell was still with me.

"Let me find out you added some vanilla creme in your coffee on the first day of school." I gasped and playfully punched her by the shoulder. That was actually a good joke. She feigned an injury. "Ow."

"Oh shut it." We turned around and headed to the art building.

If only I known the consequences of this party beforehand.
