DESCRIPTION

"I know I'm a coward," Mona sighed looking down. Harry took her hands in his, "You are not a coward; you grew up in a very controlled environment, and for you to be here, with me, shows that you are braver then you think you are."

SUMMARY

Mona's life, since she took her first breath, had been planned out. She would hang out with people who were part of the same circle as her family was, she was going to be in Slytherin to honor her family name, she was going to marry a son from an important pureblood family, and would bear his children.

She was stuck in stuck in this dark vicious circle where she couldn't disobey or speak her mind, fearful that she would get reprimanded. But when a bespectacled boy with a lightning scar starts to show his interest towards Mona, life soon seems full of light and happiness.

But Mona has never been lucky in her life. She might have been in a relationship with Harry Potter but she needed to be extra careful not to be seen in public, or else she would throw shame on her family's name and her father would get angry at her.

As the threat of a Second Wizarding War, Mona finds herself in front of new challenges that will leave her defeated. She wants to be able to fight alongside her first love Harry, but she is heavily controlled by her father and his friends, the death eaters. Will she be able to escape her father's strict environment or be stuck and spend the rest of her life in misery?

NOTES

- All rules previously mentioned must be followed

- Mona is in Slytherin and is part of Draco's friends

- She is reserved, quiet and a coward

- Her mother died in childbirth so she lives with her father and older brother. Her family is part of the death eaters community. She was raised to be obedient and she is. She doesn't defy order and authority. She is trapped by the rules that exist in the "pureblood" community.

- Harry begins to like Mona and wants to get to know her better around his sixth year. They secretly begin to date. When they meet up, they make sure they are alone. In public, they do as if they didn't know each other.

- In her seventh year, Mona is planned to marry another pureblood named Gregory Goyle. They both don't want to get married and their opinion on the matter doesn't count.

- Before Harry leaves to find Horcruxes, they break up but they still like each other.

- This story is dark, there won't be a lot of fluff

- There is also a big spoiler at the end that will shock the reader, so I'll tell you about it if you choose to write this story.
