DESCRIPTION:

"All you do is cry anymore, my dear, and all I want you to do is laugh."

SUMMARY:

Amelia and her mother Mary definitely had a rough life. Amelia's father spilt from Mary and Amelia when she was two. Her father still wanted Amelia but it was to get back at her mother for leaving him. Throughout the years Amelia and Mary dealt drama just oozing from Amelia's father and nothing would ever change it. Amelia takes a stand against her father and her father disowns her not wanting to deal with a person who won't do what he says. Amelia suffers through the pain of losing her father and decides that she doesn't need him anymore. She changes her last name to Ocean to show her father that he does not own her anymore and goes throughout life with her head held high not caring about what anybody thought of her.

Shawn Allen grew up with Amelia and her mother Mary never really seeing all of the drama that Amelia's father caused. He was there when Amelia changed her last name from Richardson to Ocean but she never told anybody why. Shawn also saw throughout Amelia's and his time at Hogwarts that Amelia's personality became more withdrawn and she lost more friends. Shawn watched as he is the only friend that she has left and even himself was distanced.

After Amelia and Shawn graduated from Hogwarts, they sperated, even though Shawn didn't want to, leaving each other to face the world without a person to fall with. Shawn wishes to see Amelia again and he tries to no avail, sending letters to Amelia with no response. He keeps trying but Shawn saw Amelia in a place he never wanted to see. With Amelia running out of St. Mungo's with tears streaming down, saying on how her only parent left was dying.

NOTES:

- This plot is very close to me so I will definitely be picky with this one.

- Amelia's name means hardworking (Amelia) and Ocean is just vast and deep.

- Shawn is a healer at St. Mungo's.

- Each of the characters are strong. You cannot change that.

- Amelia loses friends because how her father has been treating her, making her lose trust in people and making her feel like everybody was after her.

- If you are a person who does acts, or something along the lines the first one should be Amelia and Shawn's time at Hogwarts, second the duo times apart after Hogwarts and learning that Amelia's mother dying.

- Mary is dying from a cancer, or sickness that is untreatable even with magic.

- SLOW BURN! Amelia's father made Amelia not trust at all. Shawn is just trying to make Amelia happy during this rough time when Mary is dying.

- Mary and Amelia have the best of mother-daughter relationship. You have to show this in the book.

- Once again I will be picky to whoever wants to write this.

- Make sure you have read the rules!
