Chapter 23

I look at Angelo horrified, "You're asking me to join in their gang? Are you crazy?" I hissed. Nick look at me, nervously and Angelo just stare at me. "We had no other choice. You have to get in the gang to dig in their information." he pleaded.

"My father gonna have my head if he found out." I snapped.

He sigh, "Are you in or not?" he asked, obviously tired of bickering with me. I groaned. I know for a fact if I didn't do this, the boss will haunt me down. So I reluctantly nod my head, "Yes." I grunted.

All of them grin before hugging me, "You're the best Riri." Nick exclaimed. I throw my hands in the air, "Quit calling me that."

My phone vibrated in my pocket, I reach it and answer it without looking at the caller ID. "Adriana! Where are you?" I heard the voice in the line said. I cringed, "I'm at underground."

"Under where?" Ryder asked.

Before I could answer, he laugh. "Hey, I just said underwear." he laugh out loud. I groaned, "Ry. I'll be back soon okay?"

"Ya okay whatever. Bring back food please. Okay, love you." he said and quickly hang up. I stare wide eyes at my screen. Did he just said the love word?

That few minutes, the boys brief me on how I should act around them all of that shit until they spotted Jake and Robert at the dark corner. That's when they shove me to their direction.

I grumbled and walk towards them, "Hey guys." I greeted them cheerfully. The boys look at me and grinned. "Didn't know we see you here?"

"Haven't you heard about me rumors?" I asked them curiously.

Honestly I don't know how but almost the whole town already known me as the bad girl who once in a gang. Jake smirk at me, "So the rumors are true then?" he asked me, still smirking.

I rolled my eyes and huffed, "Don't judge me boys."

"So you're here alone eh?" Robert asked as he narrowed his eyes at the distance. I shrug, "I'm standing here alone aren't I?" I replied.

Jake chuckle quietly beside him while Robert rolled his eyes at me. "Who are you looking for anyway?" I asked as I look around.

"Some guy who ran away from our gang with our money."

I snort, "Trouble in your paradise eh?" I teased. They laugh and continue look around. I sigh, "You're not gonna find him if you just stand here. If you're looking for Fletcher, Andrea or Jerry, they already left as soon as they saw you here." I told them.

They look at me, shocked. "How'd you know?" I smirk at them and lean closer, "Sweethearts, I know everyone's movement in the gang." I simply said with a wink before leaving them there wide eyes and mouth hanging.

Okay, so step one is done. I've already impressed them. Time to get my bad side on the show. I sigh in annoyance before I swung my leg on my bike and speed off.

"Where were you yesterday?" is the first thing that I heard the next morning when I walk in the kitchen. I groaned, "I told you I went to the Underground."

"Never heard of it."

I rolled my eyes. Of course you don't, you're not in a mafia gang. I said in my mind. "That's because you're living a boring life." I joked.

He snort, "Babe you're hilarious." he said sarcastically. I smile at him, "Well I won't be around today. I had to meet with Angelo." I told him as I sat across from him.

"But we hardly have time for each other." he whined.

"Oh shut up. I'll be back by 8 alright?"

He shrug and continue eating his toast. After breakfast, I changed into my rip jeans, crop top and leather jacket and put on my boots before grab my purse and left the room.

"I'll see you later babe." I said to Ryder before leaning in to give him a peck on the lips.

But of course he had different idea cause he wrap his arms around me and bring me closer to deepened the kiss. I smile and pull away only to get him pout, "One more kiss."

I groaned and kiss him again. "Be home fast." he murmured before pulling away and shove me lightly to the door. "Have fun!" he called out.

The drive to Angelo house is miserable, I don't want to be part of this plan. Curse the boss for making me be part of this team. But again, I won't be in this situation if I didn't even bother to join the gang at the first place.

"They all are here already, waiting for you." Nick said as he guide me to the meeting room.

"You're here." Angelo announced excitedly.

"Shut up and got on with the plans already." I grumbled. He narrowed his eyes at me before shrugging and start talking on the next step of our plan.

"She's a girl. What if they put her in a mission and she fail." some dude I don't know said.

"Rude! I'm a girl. Doesn't mean I hit like one." I retorted.

He smirk, "Oh really? So you like it rough then?" he asked. I glare at him before stomp to him and punch him square in the face.

"Ow! You broke my nose." he exclaimed as he hold his nose for his dear life.

Angelo sigh and groaned, "This gonna be a long meeting." he mumbled before helping whatever that dude name was.

"That's the boss. Try get his attention." Jayden said as he point towards the buff guy in suit and bold. "Why do the boss usually bold?" I asked myself.

The boys chuckled and push me towards them. I sigh and make my way to the bar. Its already 9 and Ryder has been calling me but I can't answer it. I have to do this.

"The usual?" The bartender ask as I settle myself on the stool.

I nod my head and look around. "You're Adriana?" some dude with blonde hair and hazel eyes ask me. I quirk my eyebrow and nod slowly.

"Someone would like to meet you." he stated.

He grabbed my arm and drag me away just as I get hold of my drink. I groaned and reluctantly follow whoever this guy is.

"Hello Adriana." the buff dude said.

Okay, I need to get step 2 on the show. Act like you don't care. But let's just say I really don't care anyway.

"I have a proposition for you." he told me.

I raised my eyebrow. "I heard from Robert and Jake that you know every movement of the gang and the one who involve in gangs." he started. I just stare at him, bored. "And I know you used to be in one yourself and from what I heard, you're a one scary fighter." he said.

"I'd like you to join in the gang with me."

Chapter 23 is up! Weee. So you can already tell the story is gonna messed up for the next few chapters. Hahaha
