Teddy bears and lollipops - Yoonmin

Part 10: Horror

After 3 hours of unpacking Jimin and Yoongi both decided to call it quits for the day and headed to the cinema.

"So what film is it that you wanted to watch hyung?" Jimin asked innocently as Yoongi was looking at the times for showings.

"The IT remake." Yoongi said nonchalantly.

"I-IT." Jimin said a look of fear now all over his face.

Yoongi turned to face him and noticed the look so quickly said "but we don't have to-"

"It's f-fine hyung." Jimin said trying to mask the fear, which he was doing badly.

"Maybe we should watch something else..." Yoongi said turning around to look at other films.

"I want to watch IT." Jimin said back holding back his stuttering.

"Are you sure?"

"Yep."

Jimin faked his best smile before grabbing Yoongi by the hand and dragging him to the ticket booth.

"Can we have two tickets please for He next showing of I-IT." Jimin said Yoongi just in shock looking down at his hand which was in Jimin's trying not to blush.

"That's £13.98" the woman said kindly, Jimin reaching for his wallet.

"I got it." Yoongi said handing over the money with his free hand.

Jimin just looked up at him as Yoongi got the tickets saying "thank you." before pulling the boy to the screening room.

"I'll pay you back hyung." Jimin said to Yoongi who was walking slightly a head of him before Yoongi said "It's on me."

Jimin just looked up in surprise unable to the elders the face before blushing at the realization that Yoongi was holding his hand back.

It's a good neither of them could see the others faces or they would have seen that they were blushing messes.

They both walked into the screening and sat near the back,with only a few other people being at the cinema with them.

They both finally parted hands when they sat down so Yoongi could grab some food out of his bag.

Jimin just sat there head down looking at the floor playing wiht the sleeves of his sweater trying not to let the fear show on his face, he hated horror films and clowns but wanted to try and watch it to get to know Yoongi better.

"You sure you going to be okay Jimin? We can leave and I can get a ticket swap." Yoongi said seeing through the younger boys 'act' which wasn't convincing him one bit.

"I'm sure hyung..." Jimin said quietly.

Yoongi went to stand up so that they could both leave but Jimin just pulled him back down with a tight grip on Yoongi's hand.

Yoongi just frowned slightly before saying quietly not looking at Jimin "If you get scared you can squeeze my hand, and if it gets too much tell me and we can leave okay?"

Jimin's head flipped to the elder in surprise, trying to repress the smile he could feel developing on his face.

"Thank you hyung..." Jimin said shyly realizing how tightly he was holding Yoongi's hand causing him to loosen his grip for the elders sake.

Yoongi gave Jimin's hand a quick squeeze as to reassure him and then handed Jimin the popcorn he brought from the house.

The film started off fine, that was until Pennywise popped up which cause Jimin to throw himself into the chairs and squeezing Yoongi's hand.

Yoongi couldn't help but giggle slightly before checking that no one noticed, luckily there weren't many people.

The longer they watched the more Jimin was digging into the back of his chair trying not to shake out of fear.

Yoongi thought it was cute but also didn't want the boy to have to suffer through it so whispered "Do you want to leave its kind of boring." To try and get the boy to move but at this point Jimin was paralysed on the spot from fear with his head in his knees.

Yoongi places his other hand on Jimin's head messing his hair up a little to try and comfort him but Jimin remained frozen like a statue.

That was until one particular jump scare happened that led to Jimin flying out of his seat onto Yoongi's lap shaking in fear crying as quietly as he could; Jimin couldn't help it and was prepared for Yoongi to shout at him because he just needed someone there holding him safely.

Yoongi's heart broke and instead of pushing Jimin off of him in disgust like Jimin thought he would he wrapped his arms around the boy; one on his waist and the other his back doing light circles as to comfort him.

Jimin would've been flustered if he wasn't so scared causing him to dig his head into Yoongi's neck.

Yoongi carried on watching the film trying to make it his main focus so he didn't end up thinking about how close Jimin was and his breath on Yoongi's neck.

At some point Jimin ended up falling asleep on top of Yoongi causing the elder to just smile sweetly before looking back at the film.

He felt like the worse person in the world for making Jimin sit through it - even though he offered to leave - and he felt like it was all his fault so the least he could do was comfort Jimin; not that he minded.

"Jimin... Jiminnn.....Jiminnnnnnnnn" Yoongi said trying to wake the younger up as the film was ending.

Jimin didn't move but dig his head into Yoongi's neck more before rubbing at his face with his small hands.

"The films ending so we need to get ready to go now okay?" Yoongi said not trying to disturb him to much but still wake him up enough so they could leave.

Jimin however heard everything Yoongi said and just didn't want to move he was enjoying the moment too much.

Never did he ever think he'd be in a situation like this with his crush, practically being babied.

He stayed there until the lights came on Yoongi not making complaints at him not moving.

"Sorry hyung." Jimin said in a low sleepy voice getting up and grabbing their stuff up.

"It's okay Jimin, did you have a nice nap?" Yoongi said giving him a gummy smile, the type of smile Jimin had feel for massively in the short time they knew each other.

"Yep, best I've slept in a long time." Jimin replied being honest.

"Well... if you ever can't sleep come tell me and I'll try and help." Yoongi said rubbing his head and blushing.

"Is appreciate it. Thank you hyung."
