Part 32: Boyfriend

The two eventually got out of bed and cleaned Jimin's room, Jimin obviously regretting his choices and feeling guilty that Yoongi was helping him clean up his mess.

In return Jimin decided he'd cook pancakes for breakfast so Yoongi sat and watched,deep in thought, as he did.

"What are you thinking about hyung?" Jimin asked out of curiosity.

Yoongi bluntly replied "You." Leaving Jimin not sure if he was concerned or happy.

Jimin asked "Anything specific?" Before mumbling "And don't say my arse." Hoping Yoongi wouldn't hear him.

"Hmm not your arse although I can't help but think about it after you saying that... more just about...us" Yoongi said his voice getting quieter.

Jimin just hummed as to say that he was listening and that Yoongi should carry on.

"Well... we're roommates... and we're friends... we've been on dates I guess... I'm your caregiver... there's so many other things but I'm just wondering what am I too you... other than your hyung." Yoongi said cutting off any chances of Jimin joking his way through the questions.

'Your boyfriend.' Was all that Jimin wanted to say but thought that he shouldn't incase Yoongi didn't feel the same - it's not like they just shared a bed or anything.

Jimin decided on responding "Well... all of it's true..." before trailing off into silence.

He didn't want rejection.

Yoongi let out a sigh feeling defeated which made Jimin's heart break slightly.

He walked over to the older before quickly kissing his cheek before saying "Someone I really care about." Turning away to his his rosey cheeks.

Yoongi couldn't help but smile before responding "Your someone I care about too."

Both of them looked down at the floor being the little cinnamon rolls they are letting any edge to their images slide away be it from underground rapping careers or style of dance.

The next part of their conversation went by quickly.

"Hyung."

"Yes Jimin?"

"Do you mean that when you say you like me because I do when I say it about you."

"Yes Jimin-ah."

"I really really like you hyung..."

"I really really like you too."

"Do you honestly mean that?"

"Yes."

"Then be my boyfriend."

Yoongi's eyes opened wide as those words left Jimin's lips and a smile appeared brighter than ever on his face.

Jimin looked nervous but all his nerves went away as Yoongi stood up wrapping his arms around Jimin's waist before kissing him sweetly, multiple times on the lips before whispering "I'd love too..." softly into Jimin's ear.

"Is this a thing now." Jimin said with hesitation worrying that his feelings weren't clear - somehow thing that Yoongi thought he said boy friend meaning male former.

Basically he was doubting himself which Yoongi could tell otherwise he'd have teased the younger but he could see Jimin's insecurity.

His insecurity of being lonely, of his trust being taken for granted and of his heart breaking.

"Jimin-ah. If you doubt this I'm not gonna believe it either and I really want to be with you." Yoongi said in a attempt to show he wanted it and to try and ease Jimin's self doubt.

"So we're now in a relationship. An official relationship?" Jimin asked one last time with his eyes wide.

"Yes Jiminie. Your stuck with me now." Yoongi said smiling back and then kissing the younger.

"I think I'll survive." Jimin said before giggling going back to making pancakes singing "Yoongi hyung's my boyfriend~" which caused Yoongi to smile as he happily watched.

Yoongi couldn't help but think about how strong his feelings for Jimin were.

He was totally and utterly in love.
