The smell of food was steeped in that crowded street. The fact that it was still Monday didn't stop those people from going out to eat in those street stalls and drinking with friends - and mostly boyfriends and girlfriends. In fact, tonight was actually noisier than usual. Not that this was a problem for Nam Soon and Heung Soo - actually, they were even grateful for it, since they could actually be themselves and no one would notice them in the midst of this huge crowd of people coming and going. Heung Soo had just bought some Tteokgalbi Meatballs that smelled great, and was holding the skewer so that Nam Soon could bite one.

"Ah, it's hot," Nam Soon managed to mumble with a mouthful, blowing it as he tried to chew it without getting burned.

"Sorry," Heung Soo laughed, without seeming even a bit regretful and handing him a napkin that Nam Soon accepted with annoyance.

"You did it on purpose," Nam Soon grunted under Heung Soo's warm laughter, though he wasn't really angry with him.

They walked through a few more stalls ahead, where Nam Soon saw several bottles of green apple flavored soju and ended up buying two - one per each - for them to drink as they walked through the crowd.

"Found it...!" Nam Soon exclaimed a few minutes later, pointing to a food cart a couple of blocks away. He quickened his steps and reached it before Heung Soo. The smell of cheese and seafood was strong, and made him water at the sight of those lobsters.

"That offer of buying me lobster still stands?" Nam Soon pointed to the lobsters grilled with cheese that an old lady was serving to three teenagers talking too loud next to them.

"You declined so avidly... Should I really?" Heung Soo teased, but already had his wallet in hands as he waited for the old lady to finish serving them.

"Shut up and get me one," Nam Soon ordered, chewing on the last meatball and taking a sip of soju to help him swallow it.

"You know it's not that cheap right?" Heung Soo laughed, handing some notes of money to the lady while Nam Soon pretended not to hear him, receiving the cardboard plate with the food and going to a bench a few meters behind the cart. Heung Soo quickly put his wallet back into his pockets and sat down next to Nam Soon, taking a sip of the soju - he still had half the bottle, but Nam Soon had finished his at some point, before Heung Soo could even see.

"Is it good?" Heung Soo asked, picking up the chopsticks from Nam Soon's hands and giving it a taste as he chewed a grilled portion with lots of cheese.

"We can have some chicken feet after we finish this," Nam Soon suggested, taking the chopsticks out of Heung Soo's hands. He swallowed with a smile on his lips, and stared at the other, almost choking with a corn grain and cheese.

"Yah, you only think about food?" he exclaimed, shaking his head. Nam Soon just shrugged, bringing a large chunk of lobster to his mouth. After two more bites, he handed the rest to Heung Soo, still munching on what he managed to put in his mouth.

"That bar near home. It will be emptier and the soju is cheaper," he explained as Heung Soo quickly finished the lobster and stood beside him, holding his hand. Heung Soo's hand was cold and Nam Soon stared at it for a few seconds as his heart raced, but, glancing quickly around, he pulled it away, feeling his cheeks flush and shook his head discreetly as he stood up. Heung Soo was still being too careless. Fine, there was a huge crowd around them, but that did not mean that they were invisible.
