{Rose's P.O.V}

"A girlfriend?!" I asked in disbelief.

"Yeah........A girlfriend." He said then I laughed sarcastically.

"Yeah. Of course you have a girlfriend. I was the one who left you after all. You moved on. Good for you." I said as tears started forming in my eyes.
"I guess I was too late......."

"I am really sorry, Rose but I can't just leave Hayley like that......."

"Hayley?"

"Yeah, Hayley is my girlfriend. She is not dead. She is alive, safe and sound." He said those words and I felt like someone slapped me so hard. His words hit me and I remembered. Hayley, the broken abused girl who left her boyfriend and deceived him for 2 years. Hayley Marshall the same girl who left Ian. Ian the boyfriend who was deceived. Now everything makes sense to me. I was a fool not to notice that she was the same girl but how would I have imagined that she faked her own death. OMG!! And Ian is back to her!! Back to the girl who deceived him for 2 years. The girl who confessed to me that she never loved Ian. What the hell is going on?

"Are you serious?"

"Why wouldn't I be?"

"Maybe because she is the same girl who left you and deceived you for 2 years. How could you go back to her?"

"Look who is talking!! The same girl who left me when I confessed my love to her."

"That's completely different. She faked her own death Ian! At least I didn't do that. At least I didn't lie to you. I didn't deceive you for 2 years. I DIDN'T LET YOU FEEL GUILTY? I DIDN'T LET YOU THINK THAT YOU KILLED ME? Did you really forget that?? Did you forget what she did to you? Did you?"

"I am sorry but despite everything she has done. She loves me.....She cares for me.....She makes me feel loved.......She makes me feel good." He said those words and my heart shattered. I did this to him. He went to her because she showed him what he wanted me to show him. He wanted love and care. I didn't give him that. I failed in doing that. That's why he went to the girl that deceived him for 2 years because she shows him love and care. Although I know that she is deceiving him again. She doesn't love him. She is the one who told me that. What is she doing to you Ian?

"And you believe that?"

"Why wouldn't I believe that? At least she tells me that she loves me. She didn't run from me. She didn't give me hope and then slip it from me like it was nothing. At least she is being honest about her feelings."

"Ian! Are you listening to yourself now? God! You are so stupid!"

"Yeah, indeed I am. I thought that you loved me that's why I confessed my love to you but then I found out that it was just a one-sided love."

"One-sided love!! Really Ian! Ian, I love you. I fell in love with you too. Can't you see that?"
