Chapter 13: Fist Ultrasound

Hoseok's POV

About a couple days had passed since Hitman Bang told his plans on what to do with the baby to Yoongi. Hoseok and him told the others about what had happened, which put a negative atmosphere in the dorm.

Today, Dr. Yoo was coming over to check on how Hoseok was doing. Hearing a knock on the door, Hoseok went over to open the door to reveal the doctor behind the door.

"Good morning, Hoseok." Dr. Yoo said, walking in as Hoseok stepped aside.

"Good morning to you, too, doctor." Replied the younger.

"Are you here alone?"

"No, Yoongi is in his room. He wanted to see how the baby was doing before he left."

"Ah, okay. Where can I set up my equipment?"

"I think Yoongi wouldn't mind if we did it in his room. Follow me, and I'll ask him."

The doctor nodded his head and followed Hoseok to Yoongi's room. Hoseok knocked on the door that led inside the older rapper's room. A couple seconds later, Yoongi opened the door.

"Is it ok if he checks on the baby here?" Hoseok asked.

"Sure." Yoongi said, smiling gently.

All three men were now in the room, helping Dr. Yoo take out some equipment out of his bag.

"I need you to lay down on your back and lift up your shirt. I'm going to find the baby's heartbeat, and then it will show up on the screen." The screen the elder was referring to wasn't huge but a small one.

After a couple minutes, Dr. Yoo found the baby and the heartbeat. "Your child's heartbeat is doing great." Dr. Yoo commented.

"Oh, wow." Hoseok and Yoongi said simultaneously.

Dr. Yoo chuckled. "You two are actually a cute couple, and you don't have to worry about showing affection. I support the LGBTQ community. Also, you can take pictures with your phone since I can't exactly get physical ones."

"Thank you." Yoongi said, taking out his phone to take a couple pictures. "Is there anything else?"

"Yeah, there is this shot that you need to take to increase the durability of your body. This was given to the male who lost his baby. I improved it so that it should work better than the one before. It supposed to help you and your baby.

The only reason why the baby died was because the medicine didn't improve the health of the baby. I made sure that this one will also help your baby."

"You sure this isn't going to harm the baby?" Yoongi asked.

"I'm sure it won't harm the baby. Now, Hoseok I need you to roll to the side. It's supposed to be injected by the waist."

Hoseok rolled to his side, lifted up the side of the shirt a bit, and barely pulled down his sweats to show his waist as the doctor took out the shot. When the medicine was injected, he felt a sting and slightly burning feeling on his side.

Hoseok flinched at the feeling of it entering his body. Yoongi grabbed his hand and let him squeeze it to try and suppress the pain.

"All right. We are done." Dr. Yoo said when he was done injecting the medicine. "I'm sorry I can't get physical pictures, but I hope the ones that you took on your phone will do."

"The pictures on my phone is fine. I'll probably send them to Hoseok in a bit." Yoongi said smiling.

"Can ask you something?" Hoseok suddenly said.

"You can ask me anything." Dr. Yoo assures him.

"Would it be ok if our parents know about this?"

"Well, if only they can keep this a secret. Two of the males that were pregnant had cut off their communication with their family to keep their pregnancy a secret, but I doubt you want to do that. It's honestly up to you if you want to tell them."

"Thank you for the answer. I wasn't sure if I could tell them, since this is supposed to be a secret."

"No, problem. The only reason I let you guys tell the company is because I knew the company wouldn't speak out about it, especially if it can ruin your career. I'm sorry I didn't mean for it to come out like that."

"It's fine. Don't worry about it. We know that it can ruin our career."

"Well, I'll leave you two to your business. I'm going to go back to my house. You were my only patient today. Now I'm going to go home and rest."

"Ok, have a good day!" Hoseok said cheerfully.

"We'll see you next time." Yoongi said.

"You want to tell our parents?" Yoongi questioned once the doctor left.

"Yeah. I just thought they have a right to know. We are having a baby, and it's going to be their grandchild."

"But is that even a wise decision? We have to think about their reactions. Not just that, but if this will ruin our ties with our family."

"If it does ruin my relationship with my parents, then I at least have you guys. You are like my second family, and we'd have each other to support one another."

"I guess your right, but we have to tell them in person."
