It was the next morning after Hoseok's and Yoongi's parents came. Hoseok was still staying in, hiding away from the world. Their last Vlive would be in two days, but the company forbid Hoseok from going out.
The others were already getting read to leave until Yoongi went up to his lover. Yoongi gave Hoseok a peck on the lips and said there goodbyes.
Taehyung and Jimin squealed at the sweet sight of the two new soon-to-be parents. Namjoon and Seokjin acted like Jungkook's parents by covering the younger's eyes, which caused Jungkook to get mad at them.
Once they left, Hoseok spent his time entertaining himself with his phone. After a while, he decided to go to sleep and rest a bit. Though right when he was about to go to sleep, the doorbell rang.
He groaned in frustration and got out of bed. Who could it be? It can't be the others; it might be someone from the company? When he opened the door, he was surprised to see
"Dad..."
"Hello, son." Mr. Jung said quietly. "I need to talk to you about yesterday."
Hoseok just nodded his head and let his father into the dorm. They sat on different couches and in silence. Hoseok was getting tired of the awkwardness, so he decided to speak up.
"What is it you want to talk about?"
"I want to apologize for my behavior yesterday." Mr. Jung started off. "I know that every excuse that I make wont take back the painful words I said yesterday, but I hope you can forgive me.
I want to say I'm sorry. I just didn't know what I was doing. The news about your pregnancy and about your relationship with a boy was just so sudden.
Your mom helped me calm down and start to think rationally. I thought about how you would feel, how you were struggling, and how my words effected you.
I am so, so sorry about yesterday. Please, give me a chance to redeem myself as your father. I love you so much Hoseok. I don't want my son thinking I hate him for the rest of his life, so please accept my apology."
"Of course I forgive you." Hoseok said relieved, knowing his dad did accept him for who he was. "You are my dad after all."
"Thank you so much for forgiving me." Hoseok's dad went over to his son to give him a hug. "Thank you so much."
When Hoseok was hugging his dad, he felt happier. He was happy that both Yoongi and his parents were able to accept them or were trying to accept them. What surprised him the most was that his dad started to cry a little, which made him start crying as well.
"Please don't cry, my son."
"I can't help it." Hoseok sniffed. "It's the hormones. Plus, I haven't seen you cry in such a long time."
His dad laughed lightly at Hoseok's excuses. "Well, I have to go. We were supposed to leave earlier in the morning, but I wanted to apologize in person and not through the phone."
"Thank you for apologizing. It makes me happy to know you accept me."
"Your welcome."
Both Mr. Jung and Hoseok said goodbye to each other. Hoseok went to his room and plopped onto his bed, leaning back and sprawled himself on it.
This'll be an interesting story to tell Yoongi.
