35.

"Amanda, get up, you have to go to school", I hear Grandma say and get up slowly.

6:30am

After showering and hair drying, I'm looking for something to wear today.
At 7am I hear Grandma,
"Peter is here", she calls.
I thought that was a joke of him.
Slowly I leave my room.
He stands at the door and waits, Grandma has disappeared back to her room.
"Bye Grandma", I call and together we leave the apartment.
After only a few meters, he already takes my backpack.
"I didn't expect you to be serious", I say.
"I said I wanted to, so I do that", he says, I'm just rolling my eyes and moving on.
"Why did you actually ask Natasha and Steve to take you to Bosnia?", I ask when we reach the school.
"Well, I was worried", he says, running his hand through his hair.
"You don't need to worry, I have a strong will to survive", I say softly.
"But be more careful", he says.
"Yes, I promise", I assure him.
Just when he wants to say something, somebody calls his name. An all-too-familiar voice. I didn't think she would come back.

Smiling, she walks up to him and hugs him.
"Oh hey ... Liz, what ... what are you doing here?", he stutters, returning the hug.
"Just visiting", she says, smiling.
Meanwhile, he had dropped my backpack. Quickly I grab it and go to Ned, who seems to be standing there for a while.
"Hey Ned", I say just in greeting.
"Hey Amanda, why's Liz here?", he asks.
I just roll my eyes again,
"She's just visiting", I say and go in with him.
Now I can look forward again to be invisible to him.

"Where were you yesterday?", Ned asks suddenly as we sit down on our seats.
"I was in hospital, but it's good", I say.
"What did they say?", he asks.
"Shoulder Bruise", I just say.
Then the lesson begins.

In the cafeteria I sit next to Ned and Michelle and talk to the two of them.
A few minutes later, Peter and Liz arrive. She sits down with her friends, he's coming up to us.
I just pretend not to notice and continue talking to Michelle, she shows me new drawings of people.
"Hey guys", he says and sits next to Ned.
"Hey Peter, are you happy about Liz being back?", Michelle asks him.
"Yes, somehow", he says briefly.
"Sounds not very convinced", Ned says.
"Well, I'm not that happy", Peter replies.
Now I remember what Peter said a few days ago.
Before they can talk more about it, the break is over.

Sports now.
I sit on the stands with Michelle and watch the others. Now Ned, Peter and Liz enter the gym. Ned comes right up to us and leaves the others there.
"Wassap girls" he greets us.
"Hey Ned", we both say.
"Are you best friends now or what?", he asks suddenly.
"Do you feel excluded?
Nobody can replace you, Ned", I say.
"I'm glad", he says, whereupon Michelle and I start to laugh.

In the corner of my eye, I see Liz pulling Peter to her friends. He is anything but enthusiastic.
Just why?
Finally he got the girl he always wanted.

"Amanda hello, are you still with us?", I hear Michelle ask.
"What?", I ask, confused.
"Ned and I want to go to the movies today, are you coming, too?", she asks.
"Sure", I nod smiling.
"I'll call you later, because of the time",  she says.

Just before biology lesson

I sit on my place and take a few notes about the subject just when someone suddenly taps me.
"Hey Amanda", Peter says and sits next to me.
"Hey", I say.
"Do you have time this afternoon?
I want to get a present for Liz, because tonight's her belated birthday party", he says, I'm just looking at my notes,
"Sorry, don't have time. Tonight, Ned, Michelle and I are going to the movies", I say.
"Didn't Liz invite you?", he asks.
"Not that I know", I say.

After class is over, Ned, Michelle and I are standing by the stairs talking about this evening. They also knew nothing about a party.

On the way home loud sirens can be heard. In my opinion, a chase.
I quickly throw my backpack in the nearest alley and start running.
It's safer for me when I shine so they don't recognize me. At night, a sweater with a hood is enough.
I quickly run after them.
Two police cars are tracking an old jeep. Two men sit in it, one of them is armed.
I don't know what they stole.

I just passed the police when I suddenly saw Spider-Man. Now I'm getting faster, time seems to have stopped again. Only the engines are still running. But that can be changed quickly. I take the keys out of both cars and put them in the hands of the one policeman.
Then I get the criminals out of the car and tie them to a lantern.

Then I disappeared again. But also this time I left a note.

I walk back to the alley where I threw my backpack.
I quickly throw it over my left shoulder and want to leave the alley.
"Wow, that was really boring today", he lands in front of me.
"It's not always exciting", I say.
"Is something?", he asks, following me.
"No, I have to go now", I say.
"Amanda, no secrets.
You promised!", he says slightly angry.
"Oh, so you have no other secrets?", I ask and turn around to him quickly.
"Ehm well", he rubs his neck in embarrassment.
"Oh forget it", I say and go on.
"Wait please!", he calls after me.
"Don't be late for Liz' party",
I run home as fast as I can to change my clothes.
Even though I'm really struggling with Peter today, I also want to have fun today.

19:34Uhr

I'm on my way to the cinema. A new action movie is running since today.
Michelle is outside,
"Ned should be right here".
When he finally arrives, we go inside.
