28.

I walk through the streets of Queens again. Now, the city of New York has one protector more.
Two raids have been thwarted again tonight.

Shortly I stop to orient myself when suddenly a net comes flying towards me from nowhere and hits me by the arm. Just when I want to free myself, Spider-Man stands in front of me.
"What was that for?", I ask.
"It's still my territory", he says.
"Oh, come on, don't say that the spider can't share", I say with a laugh.
He just stops in front of me and watches me.
"Can we maybe negotiate a contract?
I'm really tired", I say, trying to free myself.
"Will you stick to it then?", he asks and I nod.
In the meantime, I finally managed to free myself.
"Nice try Spider, just learn how to share.
Good night", I say, and I'm gone the next moment.
I quickly make my way home and go to bed. There are only five hours left before I have to get up.

After breakfast with Grandma I go to school. When I arrive, only Ned is already there.
"Where is Peter?", I ask.
"No idea.
Is everything normal again?", he asks, which reminds me of yesterday.
"Yes, everything is back to normal", I say, although I know it'll never be normal again.
"He's late, he has something to do", he says.
Definitely a mission again.
"Oh", I say and hear the school bell ring.
Peter doesn't appear until the third lesson, mathematics.
"Where have you been?", I ask as he sits next to me.
"I was stopped", he says, I realize what he means with that.
I don't say anything more and wait until the lesson starts.

I'm the last one who leaves the classroom, and the hallway is already empty. Everyone is already having lunch in the cafeteria.

Slowly I go there, too, but stop when I suddenly hear a bang. I run quickly out of the building, in the direction from which the sound came. There are also screaming people heard who are running in the other direction. I start to shine again and look around the corner.

It's a group of men using new weapons. After beating the first the first one, Spider-Man is here too.
"Great reinforcement",  I say.
"If so, then you're the reinforcement," he says, laughing.
"Will you stop it?", now I have to laugh too.
I hope we don't take too long for that. After all, we still have lessons.

It takes a while, but eventually we manage to defeat them.
Where did they get their weapons from?
But they aren't nearly as cool as the man with the machete.
We hand them over to the police and disappear as soon as possible.

"Where were you both?", Ned asks, as we appear to the next lesson.
"We were in the library", Peter says quickly and I'm looking at him briefly.
Whether Ned buys that?
"Did you forget it already?
We'll write a test in English today",
I say to Ned, so it comes across believable.
Actually, that's true.
"Well saved", I hear Peter whisper.
"We're really writing a test in English today", I look at the blackboard and hear Peter curse softly and then start to laugh softly.

Grandma smiles at me as I enter the apartment.
"Do you know who I met while shopping today?", she asks.
"Who is it?", I ask and put down my backpack.
"I met May Parker there and we made an appointment for dinner today, I know you and her nephew are friends", she says and goes into the kitchen before I can say anything.
