When my grandma wakes up, I'm already away. I left her a note saying that I'm already on the way to school and come home later today. She sure thinks that I'll do something with Peter and Ned or study for a test in the school library.

Smiling, I go to the school building, nothing can ruin my day. Not even the stupid comments from the cool students change my mood.
I just can't stop thinking about my brother. I haven't seen him for so long.
Is he still like he was before?
Probably not.

But that is not important. The important thing is that I can finally see him again.
I walk from room to room and do the classes as normal.

At lunch, I sit with Ned and Peter again. While they are talking, I'm absent again. I can't wait any longer.
"Hey Amanda, are you still there?", Peter asks, waving his hand in front of my face.
"What?", I ask and look at him.
"What do you think about that?", he looks at me questioningly.
"About what?".
"Ned has a new game for the console and after school today we want to try it out, would you like to join in?", I would normally say yes, but that's just not possible today.
"Well, I'd like to, but I'm up to something", I say.
"What are you doing?", Ned asks.
I would rather not tell them about it. They don't know that I have a brother.
"I'm meeting an old friend", I say, just looking at my food.
Before they can ask more questions, the break is over.

The following hours are passing by fast. I leave the school quickly and walk to the city centre. It was planned that we meet in a part of Central Park.

I haven't been looking forward to anything for a long time.
I let my eyes wander through the park. He said he will sit on a bench near a pavilion and waiting for me. That's why I'm looking for a pavilion.

I search and search, but I don't find it. Can it be that I was tricked?
At the edge of desperation I can finally see a dome. That must be the pavilion. I run towards it.
And there he is.
