What do You Need to Know? [CLOSED]

Eligibility: 

You must meet each requirement to be eligible into the competition and please not that your story does not have to be completed:

1. You Need to follow me in order to be updated with the competition as well as add this book to your public libary.

2. Must have at least three chapters publish and have/more then five Watty pages.

3. Must have under 5,000 reads and 400 Votes (if your over in one, you can still apply)

4. A proper book cover 

5. A Synopsis (this is the description of the book)

6. Your book must be an English based story

7. It cannot be Restricted [R] rated book, it will not be allowed into the competition.

Catagory's:

These are the categories that you will be able to participate in and must be mentioned in your application form. There will be three winners for each catagory first, second and third place. If you are across two categories: you will be in the one that requires less reads and votes. For example If my book currently has (during the application process) 200 reads and only 9 votes I will be in the Blue category. Please note if you exceed the gold range, but have one aspect reads or votes in the catagory, you can still aply for Gold.

     -Blue (Requirement: Under 100 reads and under 10 votes)

     -Purple (Requirement: Between 101 to 1,000 reads and between 11 to 100 votes)

     -Gold (Requirement: Between 1,001 to 5,000 reads and between 101 to 400 votes)

How the Winner will be Decided:

All panel members will decided the top six by August 14th, 2014 for each category. Then I will post the summery of each book in the top five as a new part in this book so that your fans can vote. The votes will determine the winners and it will be confirmed by August 21st, 2014. More will be said later on in the competition. 

The Panel is looking for:

     - Original work

     - Non Cliche 

     - Imaginative and descriptive

     - Well developed story line or idea

Prizes:

 For all Categories (Blue, Purple, and Gold): Please note that these are what you are eligible for and you can opt out of some of the prizes, if you so choose.

     - First = All Panel members will vote on every chapter and add your book to their reading list called 'The Undiscovered Gems Competition Winner'. I will personally give you a shout out on my wall and you will also be given an interview about your story that will be published into this book. You will also be entitled to put onto you book title [(category) UGC Winner 2014] 

     - Second = All Panel members will add your story to their reading list called 'The Undiscovered Gems Competition Winner' and I will personally vote on every chapter as well as personally give you a shout out on my wall.

    - Third = All Panel members will add your story to their reading list and I will personally vote on every chapter.

Important Dates:

     - Due date for the Panel application: July 17th, 2014

     - Due date of regular application: July 17th , 2014

     - Announcement of shortlist: July 20th, 2014

     - Posting of the shortlist pages: July 25th, 2014

     - Announcement of all Winners: August 8th, 2014
