How it began

A/N: I am so happy to share his story with you, it isn't complete but I hope to finish it soon.

Chapter 1.

Kayla's POV:

I was in the Gryffindor common room. I am a Slytherin in the same year as Draco Malfoy. Although I am a Slytherin, professor Mcgonagall gave me the password for the gryffindor common room. It was my birthday so we were having a sleepover. I was with Ginny, Luna and Evie, Evie was also a Slytherin. Evie was my best friend, Ginny and Luna came a very close second. We had decided to play truth or dare. I always chose dare, no one had ever made up such a dare that I couldn't do it. "Truth or dare?" Ginny asked. "Dare!" I replied back. Ginny and Evie looked at each other with sly grins. "I dare you to make Draco Malfoy fall in love with you!" Ginny smiled happily. "Why would you do that, I don't want to do this dare!" I said. "Kayla Hex is backing down from a little dare. I don't think so!" Evie said. "Guys if you make her do this you are going to need a plan." Luna said from next to me. Luna wasn't one for truth or dare so she sat half listening to us and half reading her magazine about Nargles. "Fine I will do it, but why are you making me do this?" I asked. "That's because you two have a connection whether you like it or not. You two would make such a great couple!" Evie said chuckling. According to everyone, we had a connection, apparently Pansy even said she noticed something between us. That made her very angry to admit so she threw a glass against a wall and then went back to hanging off of Draco's arm. I never called his Draco, I thought it was weird because he's not my friend. I called him dragon boy because his name is dragon Malfoy technically. But most of the time it's Malfoy, I am a pureblood but I don't care about anyone else's blood status. It seems blood status is all he cares about. "I do not have a connection with dragon boy!" I yelled. "Yes you do, you even have a cute nickname for him." Luna smiled then went back to her magazine. "It's a nickname, not a cute lovey dovey I like you nickname. Plus how could I like someone who only cares about blood status." I said. "Well you have the perfect blood status and we have seen you stare at him, we aren't complete idiots!" Ginny said. "He has nice hair, that's it, I don't like him." I said going a bit red in the cheeks. "Well if you don't like him then why did you blush?" Evie said smirking. "Don't you and Ryan have to be somewhere?" I asked rolling my eyes. Ryan was my guy bestfriend, he was an idiot at times. Him and Evie were dating, they made a cute couple, Ryan was also in Slytherin. "No, because it is your birthday, I am spending time with you." Evie replied. "Fine, if I am going to do this we will need a plan." I said. "Alright, First we need you to talk and speak to each other without fighting! Then we will need you to become friends. Next will be more than friends. After that will be a lot more than friends and then after that you need to tell him that you love him." Ginny said. They wrote a list that looked like this.

Talk to each other without fighting

Become friends

Become more than friends

Become a lot more than friends

Tell him you love him.

I was not looking forward to this.
