I can't sleep

Chapter 43.

Kayla's POV:

I lay awake in bed. I couldn't sleep no matter how tired I was.

It was really late and night and all my roommates were asleep, so I slipped out of bed and made my way to the door. As I carefully opened the door, there was a slight creak. I slipped out of the room, gladly unnoticed.

I went into the common room, dark and very cold. I walked past the burned out fire and made my way to the boys' section of dorms.

Draco's was the second one on the right. I quietly opened his door, as to not wake his roommates up. I went over to his bed.

"Draco, are you awake?" I whispered.

"I am now, what's up?" he asked, not caring if his roommates wake up.

"Sorry to wake you, but I couldn't sleep," I said.

He grabbed my arm and tugged me into his bed, his arms wrapped around my waist pulling me closer to his chest. I rested my head against his chest and listened to his heartbeat.

"Better?" he asked.

"Better," I replied. He kissed me on the head and we both fell into sleep.

It was the next day. Draco was sleeping peacefully beside me. I looked up at him, his eyes slowly opened and trailed down onto me. He smirked and gave me a kiss.

"Hi." I smiled, giving him a hug. His arms still firmly wrapped around me, he began to kiss me. Soon my hands were in his air and our kiss was deep and passionate.

"Ew! Are you two naked?" Blaise yelled.

"No!" I said crossly. Although I wouldn't have minded...

"Get a room," Blaise said, turning away.

We pulled away from each other. "We have a room," Draco said smugly.

"That's gross, Draco! Kayla, why are you doing that with him? EWW!" Blaise whined like a baby.

"What do you care? Jealous are we, Zabini?" I asked.

"No! It's just that this is my room as well and that--" he circled his hands around where we were "--is disgusting!" he said.

"Well, you don't like it, you leave. I, however, like it." Draco winked at me and kissed my nose.

I looked down and traced the ring Draco gave me with my finger. Since he had given it to me, I never took it off.

I slipped away from Draco and got out of bed.
"Where are you going?" Draco asked as he got up, quickly catching my arm as I was leaving.

"I am going to get changed." I blushed seeing Draco's toned abs because he was shirtless.

"You two need to stop!" Blaise said, leaving the room.

"Whatever, don't pay attention to him. I don't know what he is on about. I will meet you in the common room in five minutes." He gave me a kiss and then I went to get ready.
