"You know you have quite odd talents, young lady." Mr. Peters told me. After one look over in that room they sent me to a different room for speculating. I gulped.
"What does that mean?" I asked, concerned.
Mr. Peters frowned. "It means that you're imagination is your limit. Whatever you see other people doing, you can do. You can replicate powers. You can fly if you think you can fly. You can teleport if you want to travel else where. You can do anything." Mr. Peters paused to let me soak this in. In all honesty, I can't say I was taking it too well. I didn't understand what he was trying to say. I just wanted to disappear. "What?! Where'd you go?"
I looked down at my feet and was surprised to see that there was just blank space. I had turned incvisible!
All of a sudden, my feet appeared and Mr. Peters calmed down.
"See?" He told me. "You wanted to disappear, so you did. This is your power. But, it's a very terrible one. Once people find out, they will want to take advantage of you. People either love or hate others who can do amazing things."
"Well, how do I learn to control my powers?"
Mr. Peters laughed. "Control them? No, you want to expand them! Think, with all the capabilities you could have, anything would be possible."
"But-"
"You're fighting for your country, your life, you need all the help you can get. Em, we need you." Mr. Peters told me, touching my arm. "You will be starting private training sessions with Lucas immediately after dinner tomorrow night. They will continue every night until your true purpose begins."
"D-did Lucas already know about me? About what I can do?"  I ask, fearing the answer.
Mr. Peters laughed. "You love struck little girl. Of course he knew. In fact, he knows a lot more about you than you think."
