Brandon sets his laptop in front of you. On the screen, 7-year-old you and 8-year-old Brandon pop up on the screen.

"Oh no." You cover your eyes.

"You'll like this one. I promise." Brandon removes your hands from your eyes.

Since you and Brandon lived next to each other growing up, there were so many home videos of you two. Brandon plays the video. You gasp, realizing what video this was. You and Brandon getting fake married in your backyard. You watch as you walk down the pebble path to Brandon and his sister who were waiting at the end.

"Damn, I was really rocking that button up." Brandon laughs.

"I think I look the best in my sparkly dress." You comment.

You and Brandon watch as your little brother flashes across the screen handing you two rings.

"Wait, pause it. I think I for real still have that ring." You rush off to you and Brandon's room.

After digging around in your jewelry box for a minute, you pull out the ring. It was silver with an emerald green gem on it. It could've passed as expensive but it was only $5. You rush back down to Brandon. He looks at you amazed before busting out laughing.

"I cannot believe you kept this." He wipes his eyes.

"I really can't either. But the fact that I remembered I kept it is shocking." You hand him the ring.

He looks at it.

"I had good taste. And still do after 14 years." He looks at your engagement ring.

You blush before wrapping your hands lightly around his neck pulling him closer. Your nose presses up against his. He starts grinning.

"I can't believe I'm marrying my best friend for real this time in 48 hours." You tell him.

"I know. I can't get over it either. We went from getting fake married in your backyard to getting married for real." His hands run over your cheeks before kissing you lightly.

"Gah. I still get butterflies when you kiss me." I break the kiss.

"I still get butterflies when I see you." He lightly smiles.

"You're such a romantic. Ugh I fall for it every time." You brush a stray hair out of his face.

"But you love it." He kisses you harder this time.

IT'S SHORT!!! I might make a part 2 but idk yet.
