Thought I found a way
Eddie walked slowly into school, huge sweater on in the middle of summer so people wouldn't see the scars embroidered in his wrist like art.
He thought after all these months he would have gotten over Y/n. But oh he was wrong.
Thought I found a way out
He walked into Drama class to see Y/n laughing with Richie. He used to be able to do that with her. But now he cant. Jealousy coursed through his veins like a decease. He groaned and sat down in his sit, not knowing you had taken a small glance at him with sadness in your eyes.
But you never go away
He walked out of the school, tears brimming at his eyes. Having to see you with Richie tore him apart, piece by piece.
So I guess I gotta stay now
He walked into his bathroom, grabbing his one thing that he used everyday.. his razor. He grabbed it and put it towards his wrist. Don't do it Eddie. He heard the voices say. He sighed and put it away.
Oh, I hope someday, I'll make it out of here
He hoped that he could get over her like you had gotten over him. But little did he know, you weren't over him.
Even if it takes all night or a hundred years
He walked up to your house, confidence in his step as he rang the doorbell. You opened the door and you smiled, but it soon dropped once you saw who it was.
You- what are you doing here Eddie?
Eddie- baby girl I'm sorry.. just can we talk?
You- I don't know Eddie I-
Eddie- I will wait. I will wait for you Y/n.. I'll wait for you
Y/n was shocked by his words as she watched him walk away, she closed the door and slid down it with tears coming out. She still loved him.
Need a place to hide but I couldn't find one near
Y/n walked past Eddie house on the way to Richie's as she had to tell him, since he was her best friend.
Richie- what's cracking baby- what's wrong?
Tears poured down her face.
You- I tried to hide it Rich... but I can't
Richie- hide what?
You- I'm still in love with him.
He sighed and pulled her into a hug comforting his best friend whilst she broke down.
Wanna feel alive outside, I can't fight my fear
She knocked on Eddie's door, fear coursing through her body wondering if he would even talk to her.
Eddie- Y/n?
You- Eddie I-
Eddie- baby what's wrong?
She grabbed her hand and pulled her into him.
You- I love you Eddie..
His eyes went wide and he gulped.
Eddie- Y/n I- I found somebody.
She sniffled and pulled away.
You- what?!
Eddie- Y/n-
You- the whole 'ill wait' was bullshit! I hate you Eddie Kaspbrak ! I HATE YOU!
She walked off, heartbroken again as more tears poured down her soft face.
Isn't lovely, all alone
She hated being alone, it left her again with her thoughts. She wanted to be with him but he didn't love her. That's what she thought..
Heart made of glass, my mind of stone
Y/n was fragile. She was delicate. Could be broken easily by just one touch. What people didn't know was she was harsh on herself. Her mind was a hole of her sorrow. Kept bottled up.
Tear me to pieces, skin to bone
Eddie didn't like his new 'girlfriend', she was harsh on him and so self absorbed.
May- ugh you're wearing .. uh that?
Eddie- yeah what's wrong with it?
May- uhm it's hideous!
Eddie- I like it.
May- ugh
She scoffed and walked off, leaving Eddie alone. He sighed, thinking about Y/n once again.
Hello,
He walked up to her door,but she already opened it ready to leave to find Eddie. She smiled, so did he.
Eddie- I love you Y/n..
You- I love you too.. so much
They kissed.
