*Marissa's POV*
Hi, my name is Marissa Payne and I am a senior in high school here right here in London. I have four best friends that have been with me since my freshman year of high school. Ally Tomlinson, Emma Horan, Taylor Malik, and Darcy Styles. Ever since we could all remember, we all have the same dream, to become a famous singer. Before we met, we all wanted to become solo artists. But when we first sang together for a project in one of our music classes freshman year, we decided that we wanted to become famous as a group instead. But our time is running out. You see, we are graduating in a few months and a few months after that we're all leaving for college. So we feel like we need to make it before we graduate. My dad has no idea that I want to become a famous singer. He resents every last one of them. At least that's what I can remember. You see, ever since my mom left us a few years back, he has barely spoken a word to me. He barely even leaves his room. It kills me to see him like this. Though he may not like the idea of me becoming a singer, I want to do this to make him proud. I want him to actually get out of his room and actually see what I have accomplished and be proud of what I have done. But I know that's not going to happen any time soon. Anyway, I should get going. I'm going to be late for school. Talk to you soon.
