*Taylor's POV*

Hi, my name is Taylor Malik and I am a senior at a high school in London, England. As you may already know, I have four best friends. Ally Tomlinson, Marissa Payne, Emma Payne, and Darcy Styles. They have been my best friends since freshman year of high school, but it feels like we've known each other our entire lives. We even all have the same dream, to become famous singers. At first we were all trying to become solo artists, but when we first sang together for a project for one of our music classes freshman year, we knew that we had to make it as a group. Although we have this dream of becoming famous singers, I know that my dad would never approve. He hates anything to do with music. From instruments to the people playing them, he wants nothing to do with them. I have never told my dad this dream, because I knew of the reaction I would get from him. But it doesn't even matter anymore. Ever since mom left a few years ago, he does nothing but lock himself in his room feeling sorry for himself. I have tried taking care of him in the past, but he always pushes me away. After mom left there was a period where we were always fighting. It was more him taking his anger out on me because mom left, but I just let it happen because I thought he would get over it. Apparently he got over it, but not in the way that I had hoped. I just want to become a famous singer and show him that I am doing something that I love. I just want him to be proud of me again. Anyway, I should probably get to school. Talk to you soon.
