--Simon's Interview--

*Simon's POV*

*Later that night*

*At Simon's Interview*

"Our last guest tonight has just signed a new artist, or should I say artists. To tell us all about, please welcome Mr. Simon Cowell." The interviewer said introducing me. I soon was out on stage, taking a seat in the chair across from his.

"Simon, first of, welcome back to the show." The interviewer said to me.

"Thank you for having me back." I replied.

"Now, it is to my understanding that you just signed a new group. Is this true?" The interviewer asked.

"Yes it is." I replied.

"Do you mind telling us a little bit about how you discovered them? I mean we're all dying to know how this group got discovered." The interviewer asked.

"Well, I have a friend who works as a principal at a high school in London. She explained that her school had this music class and that they were doing group projects where they had to chose a song to cover and sing it for the class. Well, the principal told me that the teacher was looking for someone to come in and listen to the projects with her because this teacher claimed that she had a class full of students who she thought were pretty good singers. So, without hesitation, I told her that I would come in." I explained.

"So you were the one who offered to go in and be a guest in the class?" The interviewer asked.

"Yeah. My  friend actually thought I was joking at first, but I was like, 'No, I'm serious. I'll clear my schedule. Just give me a date and a time.'" I explained to him.

"What did she say?" The interviewer asked, obviously very intrigued in the story.

"She said okay and told me that she let me know when I could come in. So I went in and listened to all of the students perform, and the teacher was right. They were all pretty good. But when the last group sang, I was blown away. They were so amazing. I honestly knew in that moment that they are going to be big stars." I explained.

"So you signed them right then and there?" The interviewer asked.

"Well, not right then and there. We all had a long discussion about their future and the next day they were signed." I replied.

"And this was all a month ago, correct?" He asked.

"That is correct." I replied.

"And when can we expect their debut album to be released?" The interviewer asked.

"You can expect the album to be released within the year. But for now they will be doing small interviews where they will be doing covers of different songs." I explained.

"That's awesome. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we can't wait to hear them sing." The interviewer said.

"I can't wait for you guys to hear them sing. They will be doing a radio interview tomorrow, where they will be singing a cover." I told him.

"That's great. Can't wait to tune in." The interviewer said.

I just simply nodded.

"Well, that's all the time we have for today. Thank you to Simon and the rest of the guests who appeared on the show tonight." The interviewer said before someone yelled something that I couldn't make out.

Once we were off the air, I shook the interviewers hand and left. It has been a long day.
