"Let's see," Chin started, "we got Allen Michel, Elizabeth Tames, Marry Mart, Tom Drake, Harry More, Anthony Wicker, Sara Johnson-"

"Wait," Steve walked over towards Chin, "did you say Tom Drake?"

Chin looked at Steve, then at the piece of paper on the table.

"We gotta go find him." Chin said.

Chin and Steve arrived at Tom Drakes house. The front door was wide open.

Steve and Chin both grabbed out their guns.

"Clear!" Chin shouted.

"Chin!" Steve yelled. "I found him."

Tom was laying on the ground. He had seven bullet wounds to the chest. His phone was in his right hand.

"Looks like we were too late." Chin said.

Steve sighed.

"Yeah."

Chin had left to see Max about Tom's autopsy. Steve went to see Amy.

When Steve arrived at Amy's house, the front door was open.

Steve cut the engine to his truck and got out. He pulled his gun out of its holster and walked up to the door. Steve opened the door more and walked inside. There was broken glass on the floor and a blood trail leading to Amy's room.

"Amy?" Steve called out. He got no answer.

Steve walked into Amy's room and sighed. He placed the gun back in its holster.

Amy sat on the floor against the end of the bed frame. Her eyes were red and puffy. Her foot was cut up and bleeding.

"Amy," Steve started, "What's wrong? What happened?"

"Toms dead, isn't he?" Amy asked.

Steve looked at the girl with surprise.

"How did you-"

"He called me," fresh tears started to spill from Amy's eyes. "He called me to tell me that he was bailed out. He didn't know by who. But Tom was happy to be out." Amy sniffed and wiped her eyes. "Then, when he got home, he sounded terrified. I could hear footsteps. Then I heard the gunshots." Amy began to sob. "He was like a brother to me. We've been friends ever since we were little. We took care of each other. Yes, I got upset when he started dealing drugs. But he knew when to stop. He was always safe." Amy wiped her eyes again. "And now, he's gone."

"What happened to your foot?" Steve asked.

Amy wiped her eyes and tried to stand. She balanced on her left foot and kept her right foot off the ground.

"I got angry thinking I could've done something." Amy sniffed. "So, I threw the glass vase at the wall and stepped on the glass by accident."

"Here," Steve held out his hand, "Let me help you."

"It's ok, I got it." Amy said. She lurched forward and almost lost her balance. Steve caught her.
