"Why would Emily—why would she do this?" Amy paced Steve's office.
"I don't know." Steve said.
Amy ran her hands through her hair.
"Just leave her there, she'll die before the cops arrive. We need to go. Now!"
Amy sat on Steve's sofa. Tears fell down her cheeks.
"Oh my god," Amy sighed. "Emily was there, she was in my house when he shot me." Amy let out a sob and covered her mouth. "This is ridiculous. I'm not even acting professional. I-I only became a cop because—" Amy stopped herself. She sat up straight and cleared her throat.
"Why did you become a cop Amy?" Steve asked.
"My father-" Amy felt her eyes tear up again. "My father went missing when I was twenty. I joined the police academy when I was twenty three. Then, when I graduated, I went looking for my dad." Amy looked at Steve and sighed. "My mom, she blames me for it. She told me that if I didn't join HPD, he wouldn't be missing."
"It's not your fault Amy." Steve came and sat on the sofa next to her. "It's not your fault."
"I know it's not. But, I feel responsible for his disappearance."
"You're not responsible, Amy." Steve sighed. "I've been where you are right now. I blamed myself for my fathers death. This stuff can take a toll on people."
Amy sighed.
"Tell me about it."
There was a knock on the door. Chin motioned for Steve and Amy to come out.
"What do we got Chin?" Steve asked.
Chin held up a cell phone. Then he placed the cell phone on the table.
"We got a call." Chin pressed the speaker button. Then, he hit play.
"Hello," Emily's voice echoed throughout the room. "I know, shocker! I'm the one who almost killed Amy. I was so close. I mean, I thought she was dead. But, crazy miracles happen." Emily laughed. A muffled sound could be heard in the background. "Oh, right. I have someone special Amy. Someone you know. Someone you used to love."
"Amy!" Jonathan hurried. "Don't give her what she wants!"
"Shut it!" Emily slapped Jonathan. "You have two hours Amy. Bring the flash drive or else, Jonathan gets to eat a bullet." The phone went dead.
"Alright, Chin, run a trace on the call."
"Got it!" Chin swiped a picture of an old, run down factory.
"Alright, Amy, under no circumstances can you-" when Steve turned around, Amy was gone. "Damn it!" Steve ran out of the room and out of the building. Danny's car was gone. "Danny's not gonna be happy about this." Steve said to himself.

"I'm sorry, I thought you said Amy took my car." Danny smiled.
"I did." Steve said.
"Oh." Danny dropped the smile.
"You got a tracker on it, right?" Steve asked.
"Mm-hm." Danny walked towards the table and typed in a few numbers. The computer beeped.
"That doesn't sound good." Steve said.
"It's not," Danny sighed. "She turned it off."
"Well," Steve sighed. "At least we have an idea of where she's going."
"She's gonna get herself killed." Danny said.
"No she's not." Steve headed out of the building.

Amy pulled up to an old factory. She killed the car and got out. Amy grabbed her gun a cocked it. She was prepared for anything.
"Hello?" Amy called out. Her voice echoed.
"Well, well, well," Emily smiled as she came into view. "You were actually dumb enough to come."
"Why? Why Emily?" Tears threatened to spill from Amy's eyes. "I-I thought we were friends. I mean, what did I do to you?"
"It doesn't matter what you did." Emily stopped a few inches away from Amy. "Now, do you have the flash drive?"
Amy hesitated.
"I wanna see Jonathan."
Emily sighed. She walked towards a closed door and opened it. Jonathan was tied to a chair and gagged.
"Happy?" Emily walked back towards Amy. "Now, I want the flash drive."
Amy sighed and dug into her pants pocket. She pulled out a dark grey flash drive. Amy walked towards Emily and gave her the flash drive. Then, she ran towards Jonathan and began to untie him.
"Are you okay?" Amy asked.
"Yes," Jonathan looked up at Amy. "I told you not to give her the flash drive."
Amy smiled.
"You really think I'd give it to her?"
Jonathan smirked. Then, it dropped.
"Amy-"
"What the hell is this?!" Emily held up Amy's camera. The images flashed by. Some were of animals. Others, were of her old friends.
"I was dumb enough to come here. But, I wasn't dumb enough to give you the flash drive." Amy smiled.
"You son of a bitch!" Emily grabbed out her gun and aimed for Amy. But Amy was quicker. She pulled the trigger and a shot rang out. Emily fell to the ground.
"Amy!" Steve shouted.
"In here! We're fine!"
Steve entered the room and looked at Emily's body. Then, he looked at Amy.
"You okay?"
Amy nodded her head.
"Yeah. I'm just glad it's over."
Steve walked towards Amy and Jonathan and helped the two up.
"Danny's pretty upset about the car." Steve smiled.
Amy chuckled.
"I figured."
