Amy felt something warm on her waist. She heard loud snores come from the man next to her.

"Honey," Amy tapped Steve's arm. "You're snoring again."

Steve groaned and pulled Amy closer to his body. Amy laughed and patted his arm.

"We gotta get up, Steve."

"Five more minutes." Steve mumbled.

Amy sighed and rolled her eyes. She grabbed Steve's arm and pried it off of her body. Then, she slipped out of bed and went towards the closet to get her clothes. Once she was done getting dressed she walked towards the bedroom door and smiled at Steve.

"I'm going to go make breakfast."

Steve grumbled with a response. Amy shook her head and chuckled.

As Amy made her way down the stairs, she saw a familiar blond sitting on the sofa.

"Morning Danny." Amy smiled.

Danny turned around and gave a small smile.

"Morning."

"Steve!" Amy yelled. "Danny's here. Get up!"

Amy heard loud thuds coming from upstairs. Then, Steve appeared from the bedroom and made his way downstairs.

Amy then went into the kitchen to go make breakfast.

"So, how long has this been going on for?" Danny asked.

"Really?" Steve sighed. "You ask this now?"

"I mean, I didn't know you two were, um... you know..."

"Sleeping together?" Steve replied.

"Yeah." Danny looked at Steve and smiled.

Steve shook his head and rolled his eyes. "You're such a child." He began to walk into the kitchen.

"I am not!" Danny began to follow his partner.

"Dad!" Amy knocked on the hotel room door. "Dad it's Amy!"

Someone shuffled towards the door. Her father looked like a mess. Hair pointing out at crazy ends. Shirt wrinkled and dirty.

"Wow, What happened to you last night?" Amy asked.

"I was up late." Jacob said. "Talking to a friend, that's all."

Amy smiled.

"Was it a lady friend?" Amy couldn't help but snicker.

Jacob rolled his eyes.

"No, Amy. It wasn't."

"Well, I'll let you get dressed and then we can go out and spend some time together."

Jacob nodded his head and closed his door. Amy stood outside, rocking back and forth on her heels. A few minutes later, her father came out of his room dressed and cleaned up.

"You look amazing." Amy smiled.

"You too." Jacob had to force a genuine smile.

"How about we go out for some breakfast?" Steve and Danny will be joining us shortly. But I thought as we wait, we can catch up."

Jacob looked at the girl he was supposed to know. He was pretending to be her dead father. She didn't know. She had no idea what was going to happen to her. And he had to keep it that way. He couldn't do anything to her yet. It was too early for it.

"Why not?" Jacob forced another smile.

Amy locked her arm with his and smiled again. She was truly happy. She knew nothing could take that from her. Nothing.

"So," Amy started as they sat at the picnic table. "Where were you? How did you find me?"

Jacob almost choked on his coffee.

"Um....I um..."

"Dad," Amy reached for her fathers hand. "It's okay if you don't want to tell me. I understand."

Jacob gave a quick smile and took his hand back.

"When are your friends gonna get here?" Jacob asked.

"I don't know," Amy looked out the window, a smile spread across her lips. "There they are."

The two men had gotten out of Danny's car. They were arguing.

"I'm telling you Steven, you speed like you just stole something from a bank."

"Danny, Relax." Steve sighed. "I didn't hurt your car. It's still in one piece."

"Steve!" Amy smiled and waved to him. He saw her and smiled.

"How are you this morning?" Steve asked as he leaned down to kiss her.

"I'm good." Amy smiled up at Steve. Him and Danny sat down at the table.

Jacob watched all of them talk amongst themselves. He would nod his head or shake it every time Amy would talk to him. He couldn't stand these people. Jacob was just itching to stab his own eyes out.

"Dad?" Amy snapped Jacob out of his thoughts. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah... just um—" Jacobs phone began to ring. "I have to take this." Jacob got up from the table and walked away from the table.

"Your dad seems to be a busy man." Danny said as he watched Jacob leave the table.

"I don't know," Amy sighed. "He told me he was up late talking to a friend."

"It's probably some of his friends trying to get back in touch with him. He did go missing for awhile." Steve said.

Amy shrugged her shoulders. She then went back to the conversation they were all having before.

"Listen to me, Hank," Wo Fat started. "I want you to do something tonight or tomorrow. It has to be soon!"

"What about commander McGarrett? He's with that girl everyday."

"You know what you have to do." Wo Fat said. "If McGarrett or anyone else gets in the way, take care of them." Then the line went dead.

Jacob sighed. Why was he wanting this finished now? Why so soon? Jacob looked at the group that sat at the table. Smiles on all of their faces. Laughter filling the room. He was supposed to know everything about that girl. He was supposed to be her father. Yet, Jacob hated his mission. And he hated the people. Why did he have to be stuck with this?
