Amy had packed a suitcase in the afternoon. She wanted to be with her friends and family before she left for California. But, this was going to be hard for her. She hadn't told anyone that she was leaving. Well, not yet.

"Amy!" Kono shouted as she entered the girls house. "Where are yo—" Kono stopped in front of Amy and looked at the packed suitcases. "Where are you goin?" Kono asked.

"Um..." Amy began to feel like a knot was tying itself in her stomach. "I'm leaving."

"Leaving?" Kono looked at the girl confused. "To a different part of the island?"

"No." Amy said. "I'm going to California."

"Cal—California?" Kono seemed like she choked on her words. "Why?"

Amy sighed.

"My mother, she applied me for a job at her company. She wants me to be their security guard." Amy had a small smile on her lips. "I don't want that, of course. But, I've never been to California before. So, it'll be like a vacation for me. Heck, I might even meet someone while I'm there." After those words had left Amy's mouth, her heart felt like it shattered a bit. But, she ignored this.

"So, you're leaving, permanently?" Kono looked hurt.

"No, no, of course not. I'm not planning on it."

"Did you tell everyone?" Kono asked.

Amy's small smile had faded now.

"No. I didn't plan on telling anyone. Well, except for you and Chin. But that's it."

"Why not everyone else?" Kono asked.

"I just—I can't. I don't want everyone trying to keep me here." Tears began to fall down Amy's eyes.

"But, you're our Ohana," Kono said. "Please, tell me the truth, why are you leaving?"

"The whole job thing is true," Amy wiped her eyes. "But that's not why I'm leaving. I'm leaving because, everywhere I look, I see my father. The one person I lost. I have no idea where he is or if he's even alive. I just, I can't stay here anymore. I'm sorry, Kono. I truly am." Amy grabbed her suitcases and went to walk outside. She stopped in the doorway. "Don't tell anyone, please. Not even Steve."

Kono didn't say anything. She just stood there, in Amy's room. Frozen.

Amy sighed and hauled her luggage to the car outside. Apparently her mother had sent her a driver.

"Take me to my mothers house, please Gerald."

"Of course Ms. Noon." The driver replied.

Amy had gotten into the car and buckled herself in. She watched as her friend began to become smaller as they drove away.

The car pulled up towards a nice, expensive, house. Amy got out of the car and headed up the steps. She opened the door and closed it behind her.

"Oh Amy!" Her mother smiled as she stood up from the couch. "I thought you'd never come."

"Now you're happy?" Amy growled. "Typical." Amy headed up to the second floor and walked towards her old room. It had been turned into a guest bedroom.

Amy closed the door and locked it. She didn't want to talk to anybody.

She took out her phone and turned it off completely. Amy didn't want Five-0 trying to track her down to make her stay. It already hurt her enough that she was leaving. But, Amy just had to get away from all of the memories this island held.
