Florina's POV:

When I saw Rose back to her original self, my first instinct was to immediately jump into her arms and hug her tightly.

But somewhere in my mind my subconscious was advising against it. As we kept staring at each other, I realized, she was having the same thought. Both of us stood in front of each other, skeptical of how our interaction should be. Until the barrier of fear was replaced with longing and affection.

"To heck with it all!" I exclaimed and crushed her into a bear hug. I could sense that she was still uncertain of herself but that didn't last for long. She snaked her arms around my waist and held me tightly to herself, sobbing silently. As a matter of fact, we both were until it was replaced with chuckles and sobbing once more.

Both the wizards were clueless of the scene unraveling before them. To them, it was just me hugging air and chuckling like a buffoon.

'Never do that again to yourself!' I whispered in my mind. She chuckled, 'I promise I won't.'

'You are crazy,' I whispered.

'Not as crazy as you!' she exclaimed 'I knew what you did and it was completely mental. Where did you get the idea... the completely mental idea mind you, of throwing yourself as live bait to the avalanche?'

'I sort of figured out you were the reason behind the storm,' I explained softly 'Knowing you though, you will make sure that nothing hurts me even if it seems deadly to everyone around me. Even if you unintentionally charmed it to be deadly. I realized the avalanche is always missing me by a couple inches and it always lunges for David or Severus.'

'You know what happened after that. Live bait, wizards behind me screaming how mental I am, still pushing forward and almost losing a limb,' Rose gasped 'You finally coming out, the end.'

She got closer to me and held my face between her palms 'You. Are. A. Crazy. Genius.'

I chuckled as I pried my face away from her clutched hands 'And you still love me,' I winked.

Rose held my hand and we both went inside the bathroom. The ugly ghost still resided in the mirror peaking every once in a while. He took one look at me and bowed as low as his weak back would allow him shivering with fear.

The trio followed silently behind me bewildered by how mute I got. David started "So what is the deal Woods? You throw yourself to the killer avalanche and now you are ignoring us?"

I turned to him confused. I needed to cover up Rose dragging me here somehow "No David! Of course not. I was just curious what is in here now that the door is finally open."

Both the wizards weren't entirely convinced by my half-baked excuse but it seemed that I wasn't the only one who was curious of the bathroom and they let that one slide. Once we were all seated on the floor in front of the ghost, one wizard to my each side, Rose whispered "Go ahead, ask him anything you want Florina. Let's see what the slippery snake is hiding."

She subtly turned to him and nodded. I didn't quite understand what that gestured meant but at the moment, I refused to focus on the little things.

Now that I was allowed to ask as many things as I wanted, my mind went blank. What did I want to know? There were a lot of things that happened in JUST one day. A lot of information all thrown to me at once, I didn't get the time to process them all.

I remembered everything I wanted to know, thanks to my photographic memory but it was the order of importance that mattered to me.
