SinB's pov

🔥🔥🔥

I slowly walked out of the Dean's office and stopped when she called me again. I gripped the hem of my shirt and tried to smile again before entering her office. What's wrong with this ugly lady?!

"Hwang Eunbi, I want to ask you something before you leave." And then all of a sudden, the door automatically locked along with the windows that have been covered with thick curtains, leaving us in dark. I groaned but just opened my palm, making a small fire to light the room. "Hey Fuoco, come out," I commanded and there came a small fire floating above my hand instantly.

"Can't I just open the lights? Why do we need to use my fire?" I tiredly asked and started walking towards the switch but a violet glass blocked me and so I bumped into it. I groaned in pain. "Yah! No force fields!" I shouted at her. "What a bitch." I whispered, caressing my forehead. It does hurt but luckily, Fuoco healed it quickly.

"Again Miss Hwang?" I stood up and bowed at her.

"Nothing," I panicked. "I'll use my fire carefully. I respect you, Dean." I said while she just laughed. I silently scoffed. This woman is literally crazy.

"Good," she said. "How's your relationship with Miss Jung?" She made me come back just to ask this?

"We're fine. I'm doing my best to act sweet for her." I made the fire float as I sat down at the chair in front of the Dean.

"Miss Jung is one of the softest girls in this school. Why don't you like her?" I sucked in my breath.

"I told you, I don't believe in love." I answered while she just nodded.

"At least try to. I'm counting on you." I made a confused face.

"What do you mean?"

"I need you to protect her." She pushed her glasses at the bridge of her nose before standing up, taking a blue book with a bluish-violet fire on it's cover. What is that for?

"I know that someone came. And I know that they're getting ready. SinB-ssi, I know that they can start a war anytime soon." She sat down on her chair and handed the book over to me.

"What the hell is this?" I asked and opened it. "And what the hell do you mean by war?" I shouted in pain when a stick landed on my hands. I made the book float and caressed my own hands. Damn, it did hurt and yet I can't even talk back to her.

"You'll know someday." The Dean sighed and tapped the book. "It's something you have to read. Don't open it in such public places. There's a paragraph there and if you see it, read it and say your thoughts out loud. Something might happen, although I do not know what, I guarantee it. Only you can see it." She said strictly and I nodded.

"Is it true that they want Eunha?" She nodded. "Why?"

"That, I don't know. But for now, I just need you to be careful. Jungwoo is strong enough to kill a large gang. But not strong enough to kill a leader that has lived for God who knows how long it is." I furrowed. Does she mean I'm partnering up with Jungwoo sunbaenim? But I have been training by myself and I-

"Yes! That's right! You and Jungwoo have to partner up." I sighed. I knew it. My logic is so good. Ain't I great?

"And where did you get that idea? I can do this by myself!" I groaned in frustration, clenching my fist.
