Third Person's pov

"Now now, where is the confidence that you had earlier? I can still remember you being so persistent about taking me down."
On the ground, there were Taeil and Ten gasping for air and gripping the rocks beside them. Everything, they did everything, and yet they still weren't able to take him down. Yes, of course, they managed to hit him but that is all there is to it.
Their attacks seemed nothing.
"How about, let's just take it from here? Surrender and I'll maybe spare your life- only you'll have to be my puppet," As he ran his fingers through his hair, he watched the two stagger and continue to stumble over and over again as they keep trying on standing up and recharging their power. "What do you say?"
"No one is coming with you."
"Hmm? A new opponent! Three puppets, I like the sound of that."
Behind the exhausted Ten and Taeyong, a woman came walking towards their direction. It was too dark around them that the only thing they could see was her glowing light-purple eyes. And although she was not too close to them, Seon-u could feel it.
'She's fucking strong.'
"For thousands of years, I managed to stay in the academy," She growled. "And yet you people tried to destroy it."
"Whoever you are, this white-clothed man is my opponent!" Taeyong interrupted but earned a hard smack from Ten.
"Taeyong, this isn't a war," How can her voice sound so familiar and soothing? Why does it sound so reassuring that they're going to win with her beside them? Taeyong couldn't understand, but he didn't want to squeeze his knowledge right now and make his brain suffer. He just wanted to know how this woman knew his name.
"The water we've been trying to protect has gone to their side, now this is just a mere argument between a dragon and a whale for her."
"Oh? So you already know?" Seon-u asked, a little too excited and amused.
"W- What do you mean?" Ten, on the other hand, just couldn't believe what he heard. The woman's words might sound so deep and filled with metaphors for Taeyong to understand, but for him, hearing the first part of her sentence just threw him off. He just hopes that he misunderstood the woman.
"Retreat."
Taeyong and Ten's eyes dilated as soon as they heard the woman's voice in their head. So she can do telepathy?
"Thank you, whoever you are, for the concern but I'll destroy this asshole in front of me first before everything else-"
Taeyong answered, not minding if Ten was already glaring at him.
"I'd rather have our pride destroyed than to watch my children get killed and suffer here. Go back and assist the others, this is an order."
"Oi," Seon-u called, annoyed that they turned quiet so suddenly. "Stop using telepathy and talk to me!" A rose quickly bloomed from nowhere which charged forward to the woman's direction but with just a sway of her hands, the thick thorns were cut off and the rose withered away. "Who are you?"
