"Hwang Eunbi!"

Eunbi shot up from her bed and instinctively looked around. Her eyes landed on a certain feminine figure. Eunbi didn't have the time to react quickly as soon as she saw the girl's teary eyes as she gripped Eunbi's wrist in concern.

"Who the fuck..." Then a name struck into her. "Umji?"

"Y- You remember me..." Umji cried and without any care threw herself to Eunbi and hugged her. She hugged her tightly that which might have triggered small memories to flash into Eunbi's mind. She stayed frozen, unable to say or do anything.

but why is she here anyway?

"I thought you forgot about us. Maybe I was overthinking too much...?? D- Do you feel better than earlier?"

"Earlier? What happened earlier?"

"Eunha unnie told me you fainted before you could disappear. She said it was a relief that a woman in a white furry coat came and helped her take you here. Do you not remember the events last time? Do you... do you still remember the real reason why you're here?"

Umji knew it. She knew the possibilities of this action. Every path of the possibilities in the future relies on Eunbi's hands. If she refuses, they might die. If she stays quiet and listens, they might have the chance to take Eunbi back.

But seeing how Eunbi stayed silent for a long while, Umji's nerves started to tense up. Her hand that already retreated from gripping Eunbi's wrist the moment she spoke started to shake.

Eunbi was emotionless.

There wasn't even a word that came out of her mouth.

Not even a curse.

Tears started to blur her sight.

"SinB unnie..."

"White furry coat, that's what you said right?"

Umji's eyes brightened. "Y- Yes, why? Do you know her? Is she someone you do not want to interact with? What-"

"Where is she? I have to see her."

"Well, she went North... possibly to report the incident. We knew we should've stopped her, but she said her intentions were clear. I know it's stupid to let an enemy just walk around but-"

"Yes, it is stupid. And healing an enemy is the worse thing you can do. Why did you bring me here? I do not want to see your face or anyone else's from this damned academy!"

"SinB please!" Umji raised her voice, her hands covering her face as she wept in despair. "Stop this, we didn't do anything... so why do you hate us so much?"

Eunbi's expression suddenly disappeared. Her emotion kept, her thoughts hidden.

"You didn't do anything?" She laughed. "Do you even hear yourself? You didn't do anything?! I worked as a representative here, taking information for you vampires when all you truly wanted was power!"
