Peeta made our anniversary absolutely perfect, I loved everything Peeta did to make our day special. Peeta'd a special surprise for me before we watched the sun go down & watch the sunset with Peeta's favorite color orange Peeta got down on one knee and proposed to me.
I happy & excitedly said yes!!! Peeta's smiling as put the ring on my finger. I look at the setting of my ring and see it's the pearl that Peeta gave me on the beach in The Quarter Quell years ago.
I'm deep in thought until I hear Peeta say my name hmm I say & look into his beautiful ocean blue eyes & he ask me what were you thinking about Katniss?
I was thinking about about when you gave me the pearl on the beach when we were in The Quarter Quell before you're taken from me by Snow. It the only thing I had left of you, you're in the capital & I was in district 13 it's the only thing that kept me sane. The number 1 thing I was thinking of is I got you back & that time's finally gone forever always
I've wanted to be your wife I can't wait to be Mrs. Mellark. I love it Mrs. Mellark, we're finally safe Snow & Coin are dead, The Hunger Games gone, arenas were completely destroyed, no more reapings a world free & safe for everyone, if the times right & you're ready to have children/our children.
Peeta says with love, I tell Peeta yes.
Katniss are you serious?, Peeta asks yes
I want to have children. The games are gone, I'm not scared. anymore Peeta. He
smiles & we walk home to our house.
