Chapter 19

                Ezra Jones

I sigh heading into the changing rooms with the rest of the Vixens after practice. I change the clothes I had in my gym bag. I open my locker to grab my jacket but it isn't there.

"Uh Toni? Have you seen my jacket?" I call over to her checking under the benches.

"Nope,you sure you brought it with you" She asks taking her hair out of the ponytail it was in.

"Is this it?" A small brown haired girl asked holding the leather jacket out.

I thank her and take the jacket from her before looking down at the snake emblem,someone had written 'Psycho Serpent' across the back of it.

"Oh you found it! Where-what the fuck?" Toni yelled looking over my shoulder and grabbing the jacket. She stands on one of the benches and hits her hand on top of one of the lockers. "What one of you ditsy bimbos did this!?"

"Toni just leave it,it's fine" I sigh reaching for the jacket. 

"No E,it's not fucking fine,it's disrespectful. Now who did it!" She yells hitting the locker once more.

Cheryl appears looking highly confused "T,what's wrong?"

Cheryl was Toni's little bitch,you could tell by the way Cheryl changed around her that Toni had her whipped.

Toni shows her the jacket but before Cheryl can speak,the door opens revealing Reggie Mantle "Hey ladies,party at my place tonight and you're all invited. Serpents included,even Sweet Pea" he smiles at me and Toni before Cheryl slams the door in his face.

"Fucking creep" she mumbles before turning her attention back to us "Listen here,barbies. I'm giving you all until the end of the week for someone to come forward,as you all know I know everything that happens inside this school so it's in your best interests to let me know" she helps Toni down from the bench before returning to what she was doing.

I leave the dressing room in a tank top and jeans,with the jacket in my hand instead of actually on me. Sweet Pea was waiting outside with Fangs and Franky,joking about something stupid I'm assuming.

"E,it's raining out. You should put your jacket on unless you wanna freeze" Fangs informs me nudging my side.

I shrug my shoulders "I would if I could,someone wrote on it" I roll my eyes showing them the jacket.

"Bet twenty dollars is was Veronica" Sweets jokes taking off his jacket.

"I bet thirty it was someone else" Franky chimes in.

"Deal" Sweets agrees as they shake hands.

He drapes his jacket over my shoulders "Put it on" he guides my arms into the sleeves as if I were five.

"What about you? What if you get sick" His jacket was obviously way to big on me resulting in my arms not coming out the end of the sleeves making the boys laugh.

"I'll be fine,let's go. We can talk to your dad about getting you a different jacket"

"You guys look like wet rats" Jughead laughs from the bar,my dad sat beside him.

I shove his shoulder and place my jacket down on the bar "Shove it Forsythe,I need a new jacket" I say turning to my father.

His eyes widen "Again? There's no way you've grown out of it,you haven't grown in two years" he laughs,obviously proud of himself.

"A girl at school wrote on it,I don't think it'll come out" I mumble looking down.

My dad examines the jacket before clenching his fist "Psycho Serpent? Are you sure it was a girl?"
