You aggressively punched and kicked the punching bag in front of your face. Work has been stressful, considering you work for Tony Stark. So the best way you knew of to relieve that stress was working out. He let you use almost all the room of the Stark Tower, including the training room.

"Fricken boss... fricken job... fricken money..." You told the punching bag in between hits. You clenched your jaw as you heard the familiar squeak of the training room door open. You froze for a bit but continued to throw punches at the 200lbs bag hung from the ceiling. Hoping that the person would ignore you.

"(Y/N)? Is that you? I never see you in here." The smooth voice of Captain America himself echoed throughout the almost empty training room.

"Hey Steve." You turned around, slightly embarrassed that the super soldier noticed. Generally, he would see you wearing a sophisticated outfit, not spandex and a light tank top that shows half of your sports bra.

"I'm kinda surprised. You never hit me as a working out type of person. I see that you have that punching bag wishing it was over huh?" He pointed at your tattered punching bag that you usually work on every time you come down here.

"Yeah, I work out when Tony gets on my nerves. I'm still working on this one though. I love it when he has to buy new equipment because of me." You smiled fondly, remembering the multiple pieces of equipment you have over worked.

Steve chuckled and started stripping of his layers, leaving him in only a pair of sweatpants and a fitted t shirt. You gulped, you have liked Steve for quite sometime but you never had the nerves to actually stand up to him.

"I'm gonna just continue with this then." You turned back around and started punching and kicking the punching bag once again.

Steve went off to the treadmill, constantly looking at you. Your form was unsteady and awkward. You punches and kicks weren't as strong as they could be either. And you knew this but you thought in was a waste of time and money to invest in a personal trainer. But you continued anyway and felt a pair of soft blue eyes watching you.

"(Y/N), you don't mind if I give you a few good tips, do you?" Steve asked, hopping off the treadmill and walking over to you. You were drinking out of your water bottle and wiping the sweat off your brow.

"No, of course not. have at it. I know I'm not a pro or anything." You smile at looked at the super soldier.

"Okay, c'mere." He lead you back to the punching bag. "Your stance is very unsteady which prevents you from using your entire strength into a punch or kick." Steve copied your form and showed how off balance it was. Then he went into his fighting stance and kicked the bag. The blow could have easily ripped it in two if Steve was using all his strength.

"So like this?" You maneuvered your body to copy his. You felt much more even and controlled of your hits to the bag.

"Almost, hold on." Steve grabbed your waist and your midsection lightly and swiveled them around a few degrees. His warm hand was strong against your toned stomach. You blushed slightly, using your ponytail to cover your face.

"Now?" He released his hands and grabbed your arms. He lifted them up in front of your face like a block to another persons punches.

"Yeah, now try hitting it." You did so and the bag had more of an affect than it did before. Proud of yourself, you began kicking and hitting the bag harder than ever.

"Thanks Steve!" You gave him a sweaty hug. He returned the favor and then let you go.

"Sure just call me over anytime." He grinned.

"So, kinda like my personal trainer perhaps?" You asked, excitement building up inside you. To have Steve be a trainer for you would be a miracle.

"If that's what you want to call me. And one other thing, (Y/N)."

"What is it Steve?" You asked, confused.

"Well, I've liked you for quite some time and I was wondering if I could bring you on a date. Maybe this Sunday? At that restaurant you liked a lot downtown?" He answered your question, his baby blues looking at you (E/C) eyes.

"I would love to Steve. I liked you two, but I was too scared to admit it." You grinned at him, accepting his offer.

"That's great (Y/N)! Thank you." He hugged you, you smelled the faint scent of his cologne. Man, you where falling for this guy harder than ever. But not to mention that you are going on a date with Captain fricken America. Some people say life is unfair, but life right now for you was pretty fricken awesome.
