Airport Struggles

[This Chapter does affect the Plotline]

Taipei airport
June 7/8, 2018

Darling was walking in front of Yoongi as he grabbed the back of her shirt. Her face mask hiding her mouth and nose as she tightly held her backpack straps.

As everyone walked out of the crowded airport they were on the way to a transport when Darling got a call. She felt the vibration in her back pocket and she scavenged for it.

"Here." Yoongi said as he held her phone, she nodded and grabbed it.

"Mama" was on the screen.

"Shit." Darling said in her head as she quickly answered it.

"Mama! What's up?" She asked, but she couldn't hear her reply so she pressed her finger on the other ear hoping it would help.

"Mama! I can't hear you!" She said as she noticed that they were getting close to the transport car.

"Hold on Mama." She said as she sat on the car, Yoongi sitting next to her as his hand gripped her shirt tightly in anxiety.

"Mama!" She said, she looked back to see if they left anyone behind, as she turned the other way to the front her phone gets slapped out of her hand. She was wide eyed in fear and anger as she saw her phone continue to be stepped on, she ran off the transport, leaving her bag, as she quickly kneeled down to grabbed her phone, as her hand touched the phone her hand gets stepped on and Darling yelps in pain.

"FUCK." Darling yelped in Spanish as she gripped her phone angrily. The fan that stepped on her noticed what she did an quickly apologized, but Darling was stressed and angered, her screen cracked and unresponsive. She looked angry and nodded at the fan as she just pushed past some fans and made her way to the transport car, she looked at Yoongi who looked scared and her eyes softened.

"Everything alright?" He asked as his hand instinctively grabbed her hand.

"My phone is fucking cracked." She said angrily as she clicked the home button, it didn't respond. She tried the power button and same response. She angrily lightly threw the phone on the transport car's floor and she leaned her head on Yoongi's shoulder.

"It must have been important considering she called... But I'll never know until we get back." She said as Yoongi nodded.

Incheon Airport

Darling entered Incheon Airport from a 13 hour flight from Chicago.

She had a family emergency with an extremely ill relative who she knew deeply and was exhausted, sad, and anxious.

After luggage claim she slowly got close to the door waiting for the security.

"Where's Security?" She asked her manager anxiously.

"Not sure, but we're late. We are just going to have to go." Her eyes widen in fear and tears start to build up in her eyes. Her mouth is parted as she lets out breathes, the manager notices.

"I'm sorry Darling, but you're late for a press conference and I need you there ASAP. We have to do what we have to do." He soothes her, she nodded looking at the tile floor and tries to mentally prepare herself for the mob to happen.
