"Are you sure about this?"

"I'm very positive on it."

"It's going to be hard to keep a secret once it happens."

"We can make it work."

"No one is gonna like it."

"I understand that you want me to see the bigger picture, Namjoon, let me just admire it from the frame."

"I want you to look beyond that frame."

"I have."

Namjoon sighs in defeat.

"I can't change your mind... can I?"

"You've tried so hard... and you aren't succeeding."

"Well go tell him before I really make you change your mind."

Darling fiddled with her pen as she sat in her studio in the Big Hit building. It was currently 2:17 AM on the digital clock as Darling wrote down lyrics on a notebook, her legs crossed on the chair as she leaned against the back of her swivel chair as she was in deep thought.

Her talk with Namjoon happened earlier yesterday in the morning and she was still debating whether to take the chance or not.

Should I?

I really shouldn't.

I can't keep this inside... It hurts...

Then it's worth telling him though.

"I should just do it." She said out loud to herself as she aggressively dropped the pen on the notebook.

"Do what?" A voice said as Darling turned around in her swivel chair to see Yoongi leaning against the doorway.

"That was a very cliche entrance." Darling said as she was wide eyes in surprise.

"My question is still in the air." Yoongi said as he stayed in his position on the doorway, Darling looked away in thought as she bit her lip in thought. She sighs as she realizes this is possibly the only chance to tell him.

"I have to tell you something." She said as she made eye contact with him, he nodded and got up from his position and moved to the couch as his foot closed the door.

"What's up?" He asked, his attention fully on the girl who was oblivious to her burning feelings towards the older one.

"I... I..." She couldn't find the words, how was she suppose to approach this. Yoongi stayed silent as he watched Darling struggle to form coherent words that would possibly change the status of their friendship.

"I don't know if you'll accept this or not, I understand one hundred percent if you don't give these feelings back, and I understand your work is your number one priority and everything, but I wanted to tell you that... I like you... I like you more then a friend, more then a best friend even." Darling explained as she looked to Yoongi, his face didn't show much emotion, he was processing the information Darling tossed to him at 2:30 in the morning, he couldn't tell if he was tired or not, but he knew deep down he shared the same feelings, possibly stronger.

"I..." he paused as he yawned, Darling's heart pounded and her ears heard each loud beat pound, waiting for his answer.

"I... I like you too Darling, I've probably like you longer then you have, but I do, I really do." He answered as Darling smiled and started to laugh in discomfort as Yoongi realized and went to hug her, due to the position of Darling's swivel chair in its lowest height, Yoongi somewhat had to lean down to hug the younger girl, which was unusual since he was the shortest.

Darling smiled as she got up from the chair, partially breaking the hug, but reconnected as Darling stood and re-hugged.

"Wait, so you're a couple now?" Taehyung asked as everyone was in the living room, Darling called everyone to the living room as Yoongi stood next her.

"Yes." Yoongi and Darling said at the same time. Darling smiled as Yoongi took his hand and rubbed the back of his neck in nervousness

"Namjoon? You ok?" Darling asked nervously as she saw Namjoon's hard and serious expression, he didn't say a word and got up from the couch and walked out, slamming the door making Darling jump as Yoongi let out a frustrated sigh.

"He'll understand." Jin said trying to reassure everyone, Yoongi nodded, but Darling looks down in sadness as she rubs her arms.

Darling watched the TV in the living room, she waited for Namjoon to show, he left hours ago and it's already past midnight.

She sat on the middle cushion as a k-drama silently played, Darling's left leg was on the couch as she slightly hugged it, her right leg dangled out from the couch as she stared at the TV screen, not paying attention to the dramatic moment when two lovers finally become a couple.

"So cliche." She whispered out as she rolled her eyes.

"You always hated cliche moments huh?" A voice said, Darling turned to see Namjoon, a soft smile was on his face as his cheeks and nose were red due to the cold weather.

Darling didn't say anything, she didn't know what to say.

"Look-" Namjoon paused as he went to sit near her on the couch.

"-i know you're confused as to why in upset, I just want what's best for the members - for all of us. I don't like the idea of dating within the group because it could end badly. I don't want stress to be put onto everyone." Namjoon told as looked at the tv screen, Darling tried to study his face, when Namjoon turned his head, her eyes quickly flicked back down to her lap.

"I get it..." she paused.

"You just want to look out for us." Darling finished quietly.

"I'm sorry if I hurt you in anyway." Namjoon said.

"It's fine." Darling whispered out.

Namjoon smiled sadly as he made way to his room, but turned around when Darling didn't follow him since her room was passed his.

"You goin' to bed?" Namjoon asked as his thumb pointed to the direction of her room.

"In a bit, this is a good part." Darling said as she was absorbed into the TV screen.

"But you've never seen that-"

"Shhhhhhh." Darling cut Namjoon off as her eyes were now glued to the TV, Namjoon chuckled and left the room as Darling continued to watch.
