Similar to Professor Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, which held shelter for their students while teaching and training them to better know their abilities, Similar schools were opened scarcely throughout the world.
In South Korea, In Seoul, Seoul's Academy for the Gifted, opened around 1978, holding mutants which were between the ages of 9 to 20. The Academy helps the children of the future learn and control their abilities, and teaching them to further teach their children when they reach that stage of life.
For time's sake, it's the late 1980's. The time where Mutants were known throughout the world, but weren't respected.
A group similar to The X-Men, BTS is the Eastern Hemisphere's heroic group of mutants. BTS acts as both as heros and teachers.

"Warp" Abilities: Phasing, Teleportation, Portal Creation, Chronoskimming Meaning: Seokjin can pass through solid matters or objects, he manipulates his atoms by "passing" through the atoms of a solid matter or object, Seokjin can also phase in and out without having to collide with any solid matter, which is an advantage in hand to hand combat. Seokjin can teleport, similarly to Nightcrawler, Seokjin can "cut through" timelines and reappear in very fast pace. Seokjin can also create portals, he throws green and blue orbs representing the portals as Seokjin uses his mind to determine where a portal can be placed. Seokjin lastly has the ability to send anyone to their youngest or older lifetime, even sending them to descendants or ancestors, but the longer he uses the ability, the more it can cause harm to him, possibly killing him. Background: Warp is Jin's superhero name because he can warp into any present timeline, his ability allows him to transport anywhere he thinks of, so his mind is filled with endless places, he can also send/bring people with because of his portal creation. Jin has a big family, and they all loved him, even with his mutant ability, but Jin' parents thought it was best to bring him to Seoul' Academy for the Gifted so he can learn and control his powers, even though he can't bring harm to people necessarily, his parents still want him and everyone him to be safe. Jin has a green and blue aura whenever he uses his abilities no matter if it's a portal created, or "ripping" through time, his ability gives him a mixture of greens and blues when the ability is in use.
