Darling's absence throughout the Years

[This Chapter does affect the Plotline]

Darling didn't make very many appearances in her debut year, when she debuted with BTS she barely any knowledge of the choreography other than "War of Hormone". So while BTS filmed "American Hustle Life" and had the "Red Bullet Tour", she was still in Korea practicing all the choreography from "No More Dream" to "2nd Grade".

She may not be the best dancer (even though she debuted in the dance line per to Bang PD's request or Darling would say... "demand") she was a fast learner when it came to certain moves. J-hope thought Darling was a blessing and a curse, she had a lack of cleaning up certain moves as fast as the others, but she learned new moves quickly.

It's why Darling is always nervous at dance rehearsals, she's afraid she'll mess up and disappoint everyone and make them work extra harder even though they are already working hard enough.

Darling did learn the choreography, so she got the chance to dance with the rest of BTS when the DNA comeback show came and she was able to dance to older songs. Of course she didn't sing because she didn't have any lines associated to her, but she usually sang with one of the boys if they asked her on the spot (which seemed unprofessional to Darling, but Taehyung didn't care when "Boy in Luv" came on and he desperately wanted Darling to sing low with him, or before the performance or initial song.

Before BTS debuted Darling was a producer under her stage name "Justice". When she was a solo artist she had a Twitter and instagram, but had to log out of them when she was a producer. She remembered how she wrote the passwords down on a piece of paper and she honestly had no idea if said paper was even in her new room in her new dorm that the boys moved into in December.

In some live performances she was also absent as well. For example "Perfect Man" She was absent along with Namjoon, Her voice can be heard in the performance since she rapped the last English verse at the end of the song, Namjoon (or in the performance case J-Hope) rapped the beginning English rap. Darling wasn't there due to a family emergency that she had to attend to, Namjoon didn't show because he injured his leg.

For "Rainism", Yoongi wasn't there due to an ear injury (A/N: I'm not entirely sure on this one, I tried to look through the comments and couldn't find anything, but I remember I read somewhere that he wasn't there because he injured his ear...). Darling wasn't there because she had the severe flu that restricted her from using her voice much, she watched the performance at the dorms in her bed with her stylist, Eui, there to help take care of her and such.

"A Perfect Performance to Catch the Eye Say" Darling was actually at the venue, you can even see her in the behind the scenes video, a statement wasn't out and fans are still confused as to what happened. Sansaengs say it was because her mother desperately needed her for something and she had to immediately leave, but it wasn't confirmed nor denied.

Now Darling has been pretty consistent with her appearances as have the rest of Bangtan.
