She walks into a room, her eyes a dull blue.
Her arms wrapped around her waist,
Her mind in a dark place, her head down low,
Her anxious mind wandering,
Not a smile in sight,
He walks into a room, his eyes a deep sea blue,
His arms hanging loosely by his side,
His mind thinking of her,
His eyes searching helplessly,
He sees the girl with a hint of a smile pulling at his cheeks,
A mother crying for her missing daughter
She stands to walk toward him, her frown turning around,
Her mind is calming, everything around her disappearing,
Just her and him,
She looks down, her body turning to smoke,
He reaches for her,
Screaming her name,
Arm stretched, grabbing at nothing but air,
He broke her heart and mind,
He lost what made him whole.
