"What do you mean Im meeting your peoples today" I stared at Rakim standing in my doorway. "Babe they wanted to have a little cook out before prom and with prom tomorrow and graduation Saturday they decided today and wanted to meet you." He said walking into my house. I sighed knowing I didn't have a choice.

"Jade" I yelled from upstairs. I heard footsteps and giggling before Jades face popped up. "What you doing today ?" I asked hoping he can help me with my hair. "Imma chill with lavae in a little bit she wanted to make sure I was down for prom" he said before going back up.

Yup ever since that night the 3 of us hung out lavae and Jade clicked and began dating. Lavae is going to college in Orlando which is 2 hours away from where we are and we're down to do their thing. "Don't stress to look good this is a casual thing plus you always look good" He said grabbing my hand.

I smiled, he always knew what to say to help my nerves and I loved him for that. "Fine I won't stress. What time are we going ?" I asked laying on the coach. "It's at 5. Can you do my hair my stylist canceled last minute and these things are a no bueno" he laid on top of me.

I ran my fingers through his messy ponytail "what do you want ?" I smiled twirling his curls. "I jus need it in a bun imma get it done before prom" I nodded sitting up motion him to get the brush. I picked out his hair before brushing it into a messy but neat bun.

"Baby I better not look gay" he warned causing me to giggle. Many time when he was sleeping I would do his hair or makeup since I know he wouldn't let me if he was awake and he always got mad at me but still took pictures. "Nah you look gangstalious" I said kissing his forehead.

"Let's go somewhere we got 3 hours to burn" he said holding my hand. "Fine what do you wanna do ?" I asked taking a seat once again on the couch. "Lets go to the mall " I sighed. I don't like going to the mall, Rakim always thinks he has to buy me everything I like.

"Fine but you better not buy me anything" I said going up stairs to change out of my house clothes. "We both know imma buy you shit cause that's how I roll, plus summer is coming and you need some summer clothes" he said watching me like a hawk as I stripped out of my shirt and shirts into an orange crop windbreaker with shredded blue jeans and my all white air forces. I put a headband pushing my hair back before grabbing my purse.

"Ion know why you bring that shit when you know good and well I won't let you pay" he said said as he locked my door and brung me into the car. Once the first song played I looked at him. "The playlist I made" I smiled seeing he put it in his car. Just the Two of Us by Medley sang softly through the speakers as I just smiled.

Once we arrived at the mall he waisted no time in buying me sandals. He held my hand and my bags as we walked around. "Skirts we forgot about those, and shorts. Oh shit and dresses" he said as he pulled me into Rue 22. "Baby I could have shopped online" I sighed not having the patients to go through racks.

"Then back up I got this all I need you to do is try these on then we buy it go eat and cuddle at my house" he kissed my head before pushing me out his way. He handed me tons of clothes that were cute. "Oo these are cute" I smiled as I tried them on one by one. "They don't call me fashion killa for a reason." He said in a dub tone.

I rolled my eyes smiling at him. We paid and walked out the doors back in the car. "I'll make us a sandwich to hold us till the little get together" I said once we parked the car. He nodded helping me bring the bags inside. I went to the kitchen and grabbed some left overs we had to put in the sandwiches. I ended up putting grill chicken and shrimp in it with a side of fries.
