"Ray! Ray!" Jarius repeatedly cheered as I stood at the stove and cooked. "Yes ?" I glanced back at her. "My birthday is tomorrow" she cheered loudly. She has been saying that ever since we woke up this morning and I am so close to going crazy but I let her have her fun. Jade came running all around the kitchen with Jarius on his back giggling. They have grown a tight bound that was just so adorable.

I wiped the sweat off my forehead as I stirred the macaroni in the pot. Jarius gave me a whole list of what she wants for her Christmas dinner/ birthday dinner. I wasn't going to make the whole list since it was double sided and only 7 people where going to be at this dinner. I put the macaroni on a plate and placed it in the oven as a starter on the potato salad she loves so much. "Ray go take a break I'll finish everything else" Jade said tapping my shoulder.

I was tired from on the cleaning, cooking and decorating I was doing today. "You sure ?" I asked removing my apron. He nodded "you know I got this baby jus go ighh" he reassured me. I kissed his cheek before going upstairs and dropping dead on my bed. After what I thought was a few minutes which turned out to be 3 hours I got up and went downstairs. As I walked downstairs I saw everyone already here.

I quickly ran back up and took a nice steamy shower before going out and applying lotion. I put on my panties and bra before I slid on my red dress with some black socks. I puffed my hair and put on my gold hoops withy diamond locket. I walk downstairs with a smile on my face. "Hi mommy" I smiled jumping into her arms. She smiled softly as she help me up in her arms.

"my lil plum" he said as she kissed both my cheeks. I smiled as I got out the hug. My mother is so beautiful for her age. Looking at her you would think she was 28 from how good she looked. I made my way to my brothers and hugged them. "Ion remember that last time I've seen you dress like an actual girl" seladis said smartly. I faked chuckled before slapping him in the back of his head.

"Hi older brother" I smiled, he lifted me up with a lil mug. "You look nice baby sister" he complimented. "So do you" I smiled. He was simply wearing a red polo sweatshirt with black pants and a few chains. I glanced in the corner and saw Rakim. Ever since we kissed I feel I made it awkward. I don't know what came over me but I can't take it back and even if I could I would it was just so good feeling his lips on mine.

I walked over to Rakim and sat next to him. "Hey ra" I said nervously as I blew my hair out of my face which just returned to the same spot."Wassuh " he said calmly. We sat there in an awkward silence just looking at each other. "Ion know what came over me. I-I I don't want stuff to be weird now I didn't mean for it to happen" I said looking down at my lap. He placed his cold fingers under my chin making me look him in the eyes.

"Ray you stressing it. Trust me nothing will be awkward" he smirk-which was his normal facial expression. I smiled "well did you eat today ?" I said standing up. He shook his head causing me to gasp and pull him up "dramatic ass " he mumbled as I pulling him to the kitchen. " everyone is eating and your just sitting there breathing" I said grabbing a plate and putting food for him.  My mother walked towards us with a big smile.

"Aww look at you to, y'all would be so cute" she cooed as she grabbed food. I huffed dramatically "stop mama this is my friend don't make it weird" I said putting the last touches on his plate before handing it to him. "preciate' it ray" he said kissing my head causing me to blush. "You like him don't you ?" My mother whispered as I made myself and Jarius a plate.

"No" I stated "even if I did I was talking to his best friend that would be messed up" i looked down. The attraction I have for Rakim is growing rapidly and I'm really struggling to control it. That kiss really meant something even tho it was in the heat of the moment I felt something there. A feeling I have never genuinely felt before. I was snapped out of my thoughts when Jarius ran in the kitchen with Seladis.
