It was packed at the club but you didn't really mind the people dancing around you as long as nothing was spilled.
The music was loud, too, but again, it didn't bother you—you'd been to quite a few concerts before that even had mosh pits, so this really was nothing. At least no one was purposely shoving you to the ground.
When you sipped the last bit of your drink, you noticed Taehyung was getting a lot more talkative. It was cute. He seemed to be getting along easily with Jungkook who decided to come out, too.
Instead of talking, they were playing around like kids and tickling each other from time to time. At times you would hear Jungkook crack an occasional joke about some people on the dance floor, and Taehyung would laugh.
You glance at the dance floor below and watch people dancing their hearts out. Each of them looked like they were having fun. When was the last time you had danced?
After drinking only a few shots and having a beer, you thought to slow down since you were at a good level just past tipsy. You wanted to stay this way.
You fingered through your hair and made a long sigh as you continued to watch everyone. Below was just a mass of people on the dance floor. Some of them were jumping to the beat of the music, which was exactly like a concert. The rest of them seemed to have invented their own dance moves.
"Y/N, let's go." Hoseok said taking your hand to follow him. He leads you to the floor downstairs and it's obvious why. "Let's dance!"
You laugh and cover your mouth, "I'm a bad dancer! I have no sense of balance!"
"You can just jump like the rest of these people, that counts!" Hoseok laughed as he raised a hand up to hype with the rest of them. He knew how to spout straight energy.
"Oh! I'll request a song!" Hoseok says as he pulls out his phone.
You become confused after he sends a text message to someone.
"Eh?"
"I know the DJ." Hoseok smiles and you look to the DJ who seems to nod and point in your direction.
Hoseok laughs, "You better dance with me!"
"Haha, you know I might injure you again, right?" You say pointing to the matching cuts on both your lips.
"Looking forward to it." Hoseok smiled.
It was a joke. He couldn't have meant that.
When the song ended it started transitioning to a song you recognized. It was 'Me Like Yuh' by Jay Park.
