"Wh.. wait, what?" You exclaim, looking at Yoongi then Jimin.
Your mind goes through a million possibilities of what that could mean. Since they both have been bonded already, it shouldn't be able to affect anything. At least that's what you figured.
"But you both have bonded already with me. So it shouldn't be able to affect you both when you're together, right?" You ask.
"I .. Not exactly." Yoongi pouted.
"Not exactly?" You ask. As far as you know it wasn't affecting you either.
"Well, I don't feel like killing him anymore." Yoongi says then glances at Jimin before looking back at you. "When it comes to Jimin, I don't feel territorial with you."
"So what are you saying?" You ask.
If he was okay with Jimin now, was Yoongi still going to move? Was he still going to ignore you? You didn't even want to think of being selfish. You didn't want to get your hopes up. Morally speaking wanting three people at the same time was wrong.. wasn't it?
You think back to about what Hoseok said a while ago. You really didn't pay much mind or attention to the idea, but now.. a poly relationship.. you didn't want to admit it.
Plus, even with Yoongi not wanting to kill you or Jimin, how did Yoongi feel about Jimin?
You need to know about how they ended up doing it. You don't think Jimin forced him to, and if he did, Yoongi was strong enough to actually push him off or even kill him. Why didn't he?
"Yoongi, you.. didn't get Jimin off of you? You didn't kill him? I know you can fight him.. how'd you actually end up.."
That was were it got silent, and Yoongi stuffed his hands in his pockets, "I don't know, Y/N.. I mean what do you think it means.."
You doubted it was what you thinking, and you didn't want to sound like you even knew what a poly relationship was. You didn't want to make it obvious how okay or even happy you were with it. "Uhh, I don't know.."
Jimin looked up at you, "Y/N, you're not mad?!"
Yoongi looked at Jimin then you, "You're not?"
You looked at them both, and wondered if Jimin had always been able to do this, "Jimin.. how long have you been able to tell how I'm feeling?"
"Ever since I first bonded with you.." Jimin responded quietly.
"Really?" You asked. Part of you was trying to change the subject, but at the same time now you understood why he knew you'd change your mind. "Wait.. so even at Yoongi's house.. even when you're not with me.. you.. 'feel' me?"
Jimin nodded, "It's not all the time, but a lot of times I do.."
"Wait.. so.. Yoongi.. you.." Did you even dare ask him? What was his take on poly relationships?
"I wasn't exactly against the idea of Jimin coming onto me." Yoongi closed his eyes as he faced away from you. It was like he couldn't even believe it himself.
"Really?" You lit up a bit, "Wait.. so I.. are you.."
Why were you being so wishy washy with them? You know for a fact Hoseok would've said something about you taking so long to get your point across.
Why did you suddenly start to notice how open you felt with Hoseok compared to them? The thought hurt you, but you should've been happy.
"Y/N?" Jimin called out to you.
Fuck. Jimin probably felt that.
"So are you okay with.. both of us now?" You forced yourself to ask. It would at least distract Jimin from saying anything you hoped.
Yoongi seemed unsure, "I think so.. I already spoke with Jimin and he's the one that suggested we at least try."
You covered your mouth. You couldn't believe what he had just said, "We can try? Really?"
"Y-yeah.." Yoongi said and you could see an unnoticeable blush go across his face.
You have the urge to hug him, but you're nervous. You haven't seen him in a while and have no idea how much he had changed. It was like learning about him all over again.
"Why are you guys outside?" You hear a deep voice ask. It's Taehyung.
You wave at him, "Oh. Hey, Taehyung--and Jungkook. We're about to go in, we're just talking."
"Okay, don't stay out too long, the professor was right behind us." Taehyung says then goes in with Jungkook inside the classroom. You hear them greeting Hoseok, and hearing Hoseok's voice causes your heart to jump. You feel ashamed with yourself as you listen in more hoping to hear what he says.
"Come on, let's go in. I gotta talk with Jungkook about the project." Yoongi says.
As Yoongi goes to leave first, Jimin seems like he's going to say something.
You think it's about what you felt just now, so you call out to him, "Let's go inside, Jimin!" You were thankful that at least Yoongi didn't seem to have the same ability as Jimin.
You leave and enter the classroom before he can even try to say anything, and try your best to avoid looking at Hoseok, but it's difficult. You know that he's staring back at you as you walk in because he's probably wondering how it went. You hope he wouldn't talk to you about it in front of them, but you still want to hear his voice--you want him to talk to you.
You missed him talking to you.
Once you sit down, Hoseok taps your shoulder and your heart jumps.
"Y/N, are you okay?" He asks and you turn around nervously. Yoongi was talking to Jungkook so he isn't paying attention. You felt ashamed as you look at Hoseok, and you don't even want to think about how Jimin was feeling.
Hoseok saw how nervous you were and glanced at Jimin and Yoongi. He laughs pathetically because now they're staring at the both of you. He speaks out loudly, "Calm down boys, I'm just trying to make sure he's okay. That's it." Somehow it doesn't sound like an attack. Why do you feel disheartened—like he had given up?
"Yeah, I'm okay." You answer, turning Hoseok's attention back to you before they can say anything.
Hoseok looks at you smiling, but there's a bit of sadness in it, "Okay, I'm glad."
You try to smile back then turn around to face the front.
You should've been happy and couldn't believe how selfish you were.
You drank your apple juice as you tried to think positively. This meant you didn't have to worry about Yoongi trying to kill either of you. This meant Yoongi wasn't going to ignore you. He wouldn't move away anymore.
