Its simply because I care for you, Ms. Gonzalo.

These words kept repeating in my mind until I heard him talk again.

"I care for you like I care for every one of my students in this department so I hope this is enough for you to respect my decisions for you and your friends," he explained and that made my mom nod at me like she is agreeing with that dumb dean.

Im getting tired of this argument. I just gave in to whatever they wanted.

"I'm Sorry, Dean Alvarez," I said before I stood up and ran out from that damn office. I heard my mom called me but I refused to look back.

I know I am acting childishly again but I DONT CARE!

I could not hold my tears any longer. It hurts me to know that even my own mother approves to whatever our dean is telling her. She seems oblivious of the fact that my bestfriends ,whom I grew up with, are the only ones who fulfilled their inadequacy towards me.

I want to escape from this place. I couldn't take any more stupidity that my dean and my mom is talking about. I just want to go somewhere far right now.

Hindi ko mapigilan ang humikab. Tangamang subject ito! Ang boring

Boring na nga ang subject, boring pa ang teacher. She is a good teacher pero boring lang talaga siyang magdeliver. Hay

Nakatingin lang ako sa labas ng bintana ng classroom namin nang may nakita akong pamilyar na imahe na dumaan sa labas.

Hindi naman siguro magagalit si Tanda kung lalabas ako.

"Ah Miss, banyo lang po ako,"paalam ko. I did not wait for her response at lumabas na sa room. Hindi na ako nagpaligoy-ligoy pa at hinanap si Coli. Mukhang may masama na namang nangyari. For the past few weeks since pinaghiwalay kaming apat, palagi kong nakikitang malungkot si Coli. There was even a time nanakasalubong niya kaming tatlo nina Nom at Dave, mabilis siyang umiwas.

Masakit ito para sa amin lalong lalo na kay Coli. I know her too well pero saan kaya siya pwedeng pumunta ngayon?

I called a friend.

Wow! Of all places I wouldnt believe na naroon siya.

I chuckled at that thought as I ran towards where she currently is.

I don't know where to go right now.Parang tanga akong takbo lang ng takbo ang ginawa ko. Marami akong nadadaanang mga students na nakatingin sa akin pero parang wala na akong pakialam sa kanila. I just kept on running. I just hope that this will help me ease the pain I have pero bakit parang wala pa rin. I stopped and...

Napatingin ako sa kaisa isang room sa area na napuntahan ko.Napapaligiran ito ng mga botanical gardens ng school. I looked around at walang masyadong tao rito. Medyo malayo na ito sa mga malalaking buildings ng campus. Tiningnan ko ang pangalan ng room.

MEDITATION ROOM

I just stood there for awhile.

Papasok ba ako o hindi?

"AHHH! F*ck it!" I muttered to myself at pumasok sa room na iyon. I looked around and saw a pile of square pillows at the corner. I took a pillow and sat on it. The combination of white paint and wood decorations makes the room cozy and serene. There are electric candles hanging on the wall and a few plants around that added the peaceful vibe that this room has.

I closed my eyes as Im feeling the peacefulness of the place. I suddenly remembered my bestfriends' faces, laughters, and quirky expressions and I felt my tears trickled down from my cheeks. I found myself praying.

"I can't take this anymore, Lord. Sana tulungan Niyo po kami ng mga bestfriends ko. Sana magkasama kaming muli Alam ko po na masama ang mag-isip sa kapwa pero sana po magresign na po siya o di kaya'y ipatanggal sa school o pwede rin pong patamaan Niyo ng kidlat at malalaking bato si Alvarez para po mawala sa landas namin. Joke lang po ang huli. Amen."

Pagkatapos na pagktapos kong manalangin ay biglang humangin ng malakas. As in talaga. Siguro nagalit si Lord.

I opened my eyes and looked around. All hairs I have stood for a moment lalo na ng marealize ko na sarado ang lahat ng mga glass windows at pati na rin ang pinto so..

I did not bother to answer it at mabilis na tumayo at tumakbo palabas ng room na iyon.

Hindi ko napigilang sumigaw habang tumatakbo hanggang sa mabangga ako sa pader at natumba.

"Shit! Coli, okay ka lang ba?"tanong ng pamilyar na boses. I looked up to the owner of the voice to find an unexpected person.

Nawala ang kaba ko at napalitan ng saya. I stood up and hugged him.

"NOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!!" I screamed. "GG ka! Akala ko pader,"I said when I felt his hug.

We are hugging each other.

Mabilis akong bumitaw sa pagkaka-hug at sabay sabing, "EWWWW!!!"

I heard him chuckle at ginulo ang ulo ko. Bago pa tuluyang magulo ang buhok ko ay nagsalita ako, "Let's go. May mumu kasi rito."

Nakita ko siyang namutla at mabilis na tumakbo palayo. Hindi ko mapigilang tumawa hanggang sa maramdaman ko ulit ang malakas na ihip ng hangin.

"Shate ka Nom!!! Wag mo kong iwan!!!!!!"sigaw ko habang tumatakbo sunod sa kanya.

Nandito ako ngayon sa sinabing lugar ni Brics. Hinanap ko si Coli sa paligid pero hindi ko siya makita puro libro at mga weird na tao ang nandito eh. Naramdaman kong nagvibrate ang cellphone ko. Unknown number ang caller pero sinagot ko.

"Hello?... O, Brics ANO!?... Sige, Salamat 250 game points nalang ibibigay ko sayo,"sabi ko sa kanya at narinig ko ang pagmamakaawa niya kaya I hung up.

Wala naman pala rito si Coli kaya lumabas na ako sa library. Mula sa library kitang kita ko ang dalawang taong tumatakbo. Sina Coli at Nom.
