mimi leaves her last class with taehyung and yoongi at her side. she holds her notebooks and her phone while she listens to taehyung talk about the upcoming halloween party.
taehyung stops talking and nudges her shoulder, "why is jungkook coming over here?"
her eyes shoot up and the boy is only a few feet away. she thinks perhaps he's just going to walk past her so she scoots over a bit but he still stands in her direction.
"i'm sorry for earlier.." he apologizes. she remembers the incident in the nurses office.
"it's alright, just a misunderstanding." she smiles at him. he nods.
"see you around i guess." then the boy is rushing past her. she then realizes that people are staring. feeling her face become hot, she looks towards the ground and continues walking.
"you're going to need to explain that," taehyung tosses his arm around her and they continue their walk.
"it's not a big deal, just a misunderstanding." she says quietly.
"nope, i need details." he deadpans, that causes the girl to huff.
"alright alright, we ran into each other in the hall on my way to math. he had fresh cuts and bruises and i offered to clean them up. he let me but while we were in the nurses office we ran into some people he knew. jimin and hoseok, i know jimin...kinda but i don't know hoseok and honestly don't want to. he seems like a jerk. well hoseok assumes i was jungkook's girlfriend and i told him no that he was wrong. jungkook told him to mind his business and then we left. not together!! he left first and then i apologized then left." she sighs while taehyung gums and listens. yoongi is quietly listening but when hoseok's name is mentioned he face lights up.
"wow i never knew cheerful hoseok would seem like a jerk." taehyung says.
"you know him?" she questions.
"yeah, pretty much everyone does.. except you obviously. he's the one always in charge of the dance performances. that's why they always look amazing. it's jung hoseok for pete's sake." tae explains.
tae explaining who hoseok makes her realize, she knew of hoseok but never payed attention to his name.
they walk through the big doors of the building and notice it's raining.
"aww man, i didn't bring an umbrella." sighs taehyung. just then a honk is heard and they see a familiar car.
"yay! he's here!" mimi shouts in excitement. before anyone could stop the excited girl, she ran to the car. taehyung shouts at her but it was no use she was already in the pouring rain.
when she gets to the car, she pulls open the back door and slides in.
"joonie!" she yells as she hugs the man awkwardly from the back seat. i mean could you blame her? not seeing her older brother for a few months and then finally a surprise visit.
noticing that someone else is in the car, she turns and sees her brothers best friend.
"jin!!" she yells in excitement once again and hugs him as well. once that's over the back door opens again and in comes tae and yoongi.
